Village Bank Bridge St, St Francis

I can't say enough good things about the people that work at this location. My father is elderly and has a lot of challenges that come with aging. The team at this branch really look out for him and make him feel welcomed. They have worked with me regarding his accounts and helped whenever issues arise. Thank you Jessica and all who have helped over the years!

Been with Village Bank since 2006. Never had a problem. Not one problem. The one time I was overdraft I went in with cash to cover it. It was after 3. So they made my deposit a priority to save a fee. I don't know what everybody is talking about

I would give zero stars but cannot. Opened this account a few mo the ago and have had nothing but issues. I mobile deposit my check and always come back failed. No alerts to let you know. I tried again yesterday same thing. So I get up to go to the bank this morning and closed due to the winter storm. 3 inches of snow closed the bank. Not open on Monday so no money till Tuesday . Can't wait to close my account.

Multiple times have they cancelled our debit cards and accounts without notifying us. We solely use village bank as a back up account, they cancel the accounts but then money can still go into them but it can’t come out of them.....

went to cancel my account, because i had insufficient funds, and they nsf'ed me. understandable. So i went to pay the fees with cash and said i was cancelling this account. They said it will no longer be active. A month later i went into the app, and boom: 170$ of nsf fees. I and plenty other people i know do not recommend banking here. Please bank somewhere else, this cancer bank isn't worth your time.

It is Saturday morning and of course the banks are closed. I don't have access to my money. I have around 5k in the checking account and it shows a negative balance with none of the transactions even coming close to adding up to a negative balance. These types of thing are too common at this bank. I do business, I can't have these types of problems. Once this problem has been fixed, I will edit this review to show 5 stars. Thank you The problem was not resolved until Monday, but it was resolved.

I have been with Village Bank since 2,000, and when I compare the service offered by Village to other area banks, I can easily see why I am still there. , I don't usually take the time to write personal reviews, however, I want to ask new folks to give Village a try - you will be glad you did...

Will be closing both accounts at this bank. Deposited cash into the ATM on Saturday and was not able to even use it for three days! I didn't even show as a pending transaction until the end of the business day on Monday. Showed up in my account on Tuesday. Cannot use the app for my account and the joint account with the wife, because they are two different accounts! Have had good customer service at the St. Francis branch. But not well enough to keep these accounts. Run away as fast as you can!

Slowest drive through out of any of the village banks they never deposit my check till 3 days later they close way to early so people that actually work can never deposit a check until Monday (if you have time) overall they are the worst of all the village banks

Village bank will steal your money. If you go into overdraft they will not tell you and let you rack up hundreds of dollars in fees, and will refuse to cancel the fees. This is the worst bank ever, don't bank with them if you value your money
