It was 2020 at the beginning of COVID and my husband’s health was rapidly failing. We had been in Iowa on the Mississippi River for 14 years after living around the world during our 41 year marriage. Having retired from the Dept. of the Army, we now talked about moving closer to our son & grand-daughters in WV. Now we’re in a pandemic & my husband is very ill: I need to sell a house, buy a house & get to WV ASAP. Two years prior when we had visited Huntington, I had left a yellow sticky note on the door of the house behind our son. I wrote my name & number down & asked if they were interested in selling, but didn’t hear anything from the owners - until 2 years later when I had just received an offer on our IA home! Buying our new home with Victorian Finance was MUCH easier than our last experience at a different bank. They let us upload most documents instead of doing paper and our loan officer was super helpful and very prompt with his responses. We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. :)

Highly recommend victorian finace for you home loan! After visiting many local banks, and none being able to offer what we were looking for, we were told to look into here.
