Vicki Sayer - State Farm Insurance Agent Notre Dame Blvd, Chico

I hate leaving a bad review as I've never done this before but I have never felt so disrespected in any professional setting my entire life. Today after looking through great reviews, i was excited to call Vicki Slayer insurance to recieve a quote for auto/home insurance. After taking down my info, I was informed I would recieve a call back in about 30 minutes by Curt. (So far everything is great) Unfortunately i received a call back from another associate. Throughout the phone call, he persisted on up selling the "umbrella policy" after I informed him it wasnt necessary. He did this by attempting to guilt trip me in saying that because "you're young if you don't do this, and you get in a crash then you won't ever be able to afford kids or a home " in an extremely demeaning manner. I finally said "sir will you please just give me the quote I requested" (which was 100/300/100 plus col/comp) and he said something along the lines of "I'm just doing my job, you wouldn't talk back to a doctor like this...if you can't listen to me then we're just not a good fit ". I responded with an okay, that's alright and hung up. throughout the duration of the phone call he kept cutting in and out which was confusing for a professional setting and there were frequent long pauses where I wasn't sure what was occuring on his end. Immediately following hanging up , i called the office back and Curt answered, he (like the receptionist) seemed kind when I informed of my experience. Overall, I had a really lasting negative experience here where I was disrespected, demeaned, ignored, and confused for 95% of the time. However Curt and the receptionist were kind hence I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

All of the staff has been helpful and friendly. Claire has been especially patient with my accounts as they have needed some changes. She is very informative and careful with her work. I have developing confidence in this new office since I was with my other State Farm agent for over 30yrs until she retired so I appreciate all the guidance which Claire has shown.

I've had state farm insurance since 2003 and have never had any problems. I recently developed a leak in the roof of my house which for a first time homeowner us very scary and stressful! I filed a claim which was super easy to do over the phone. I called today to Vicki's office and spoke to Jennifer Ramirez. Jennifer was extremely understanding and I felt like she genuinely cared. I work in customer service as well and I know what its like to take care of a customer in need. I was given quick updates and sent follow up emails just minutes after the call! Exactly what I would expect from statefarm.

My husband and I switched to Vicki recently for our auto and home loans. Not only did she beat our previous prices and save us money, but she goes above and beyond with customer service. I feel so grateful and comfortable having her and her team taking care of our insurance needs. Highly recommend!

Vicki and her associates are great to work with! If you have a question, they'll find a way to answer it. Very friendly, very helpful, very professional. Each person, Cody, Brooke, Maria, Vicki, and all are personable and make us feel welcomed each time we go there or call. Highly recommend this group of folks, if you're looking for insurance and super folks to handle your insurance needs.

They are amazing to work with. Vicki got us a quote within a day and sealed the deal the next day. We now have a top notch insurance plan and moving forward with our goals. Furthermore, Vicki and staff are a pleasure to work with, friendly, creative, and quick to respond with useful answers to tough questions. Highly recommend.

I absolutely could not be more happy with Vicki and her team. Claire helped get all my life insurance for myself and fiancé in order. She was so flexible with my schedule (which was lacking) :) I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to keep reaching out to me.
