After 3 years of trying to getour policy straight with this agency (we have been with state farm 10+ years), we ended up going with a completely different insurance company. The staff of this office had the highest rated driver on all of our vehicles, and when I noticed and questioned they told me that I had to wait for underwriting to get a response. No apology was offered or resolution attempted by anyone in the office or the agent himself. If you're wanting competent people who know what they are doing, keep looking.
