Had an excellent experience working with Kelly at Tampa Veterans United. I've purchased and sold 6-7 homes in the past and I have never had an easier time with the whole loan process. I can honestly say I don't think I ever left a voicemail message for Kelly....she answered the phone every time I called. There were a couple small bumps in getting some of the paperwork, but Kelly ran point on it and got everything cleared up without my help. Truly, a pleasure and I would highly recommend Kelly and Veterans Home United!

Veterans United made the home loan process incredibly easy. From application to closing, they were able to answer all questions and each step moved smoothly. They also provided a service where they found the best deals on internet and gave you contact information for local utilities.

Always felt as if I was in the dark. Twice, I needed to get answers from the loan officer pertaining to putting in an offer and I was told the loan officers had 24 hours to respond, meanwhile, the seller was receiving multiple offers. There was too much unnecessary stress due to their lack of communication. Some emails weren't even replied to. I felt as if they didn't care and were only processing the loan to make money. Felt like "just another number". So I fired them and went with Rocket Mortgage.

Cindy's attention to detail and her warm welcoming customer service got me to the finish line of the loan process without any serious delays. The "to do list" on "My Veteran United" page was easy to follow and understand. The list constantly updated when a task was completed. I always had a live person to speak with over the phone if I had any questions. Cindy Tolster was a phenomenal loan specialist. I came to Veterans after going under contract because my original lender could not meet the quick closing timeline the seller required. Cindy worked so fast to make it all happen & she was even ready for closing almost a week earlier than required. To all the veterans out there who are about to Purchase a home through Veterans United Hime Loans of Columbia Missouri, choose another lender. They are very unprofessional have no clue what they’re talking about and because of them I lost $4000 that I will never get back. They misinformed me on a lot of things that even the lawyer that was supposed to close on my condo told me why did you choose Veterans United they are the worst . Megan Crocker the loan officer from Veterans United misinformed me and because of her I lost $4000. Please to All you veterans out there choose another lender. They shouldn’t even be in business .

We have financed two homes using Veterans United plus refinanced once as well. Lowest mortgage cost we could find. They made it very easy and stress free during the entire process. Meghan, at the Tampa office, was knowledgeable and responsive to our needs during this home purchase. If we ever move again we will use Veterans United. The process and personnel that you will work with will be at the top of there game to make sure that it is as flawless as possible. Very responsive in a timely matter with any question you might have or concerns. Simple to navigate the, “to do”, lists along with reviewing of documents before signing. Every process was reviewed and signed using my IPhone with the exception of signing the final paperwork with the lawyer. Cindy Tolster is a ROCK STAR!
