Very poor communication… don’t call back when they say they will.. u can leave a 100 voicemails a day and it takes months for them to get back to you. When documents are needed and it’s your first time buying a home they literally only tell you the name of the documents and will not explain nothing to you at all. Asked multiple times where to get the docs and they responded with just the name like I already knew what they was and where to get them!! Will never refer anybody else here and if I would have known this I would have just went through my bank instead

I spoke with other financial institutions in regards to refinancing my home. None of them were able to assist me or were anywhere near as personable as the staff at Veterans United. A great experience and I will definitely be doing business in the future with them.

Overall a excellent experience! When our original closing date needed to be changed there was no hassle to switch it around a few times to accommodate our time needed. Always available for questions.There was a few minor issues but not on there part,but they took care of the financial issues and made our 1st time buying a home a breeze. If all your affairs are in order then you'll have no problem from Veterans United. Finding the right house well that's different hahaha, but we have our home and are 100% happy.
