We fired Yvonne/Veterans Lending Group after months of delays and a myriad of other issues. Poor communication, unfilled promises, lack of expertise, no sense of any kind of urgency, the list goes on. Further, they are not a true local lender, as we were farmed out to Cross Country Mortgage (CCM) after going under contract. CCM is based in the Midwest, with our processor located in Michigan. In stark contrast to our current nationwide Veteran’s lender, CCM set the tone of negativity and disorganization while seemingly being focused on not getting us into our home. As an alleged Veteran lender, this is unacceptable. Would absolutely not recommend.

Yvonne Stanton and her team are the Bomb. We have used them twice for buying a home. Her expertise with Veterans and willingness to help clients. The other plus was she and our realtor had great working relationship which made the whole home buying process easier for us.
