    After a few issues to begin with Verve has become an outstanding bank. I've dealt with multiple team members in person and on the phone and am amazed at how my issues were resolved within minutes.

    I haven't even had my account for a month yet, and already I am looking for someplace else to bank. I should have walked out the day I opened my account when they kept me waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time while the tellers sat and chatted. The service since then has not improved.

    Closing my accounts here. Poor customer service, never can call directly but have to speak with someone from New Jersey over the phone just to tell them call me back, everything is designed just enough to get by. Awful orange branding.
