If you're thinking about using Vermilion State Bank as your financial institution I encourage you to not do it. They don't even honor their own checks. I tried cashing a check that said Vermilion State Bank right on top of it and they said they had to charge me $20. Why would it cost $20 for them to cash their own check? And then come to find out, the place I got the check from gets charged from them too! So they're double dipping to cash their own check. That's theft. In a time where inflation is already keeping us down they're profiting on it.

This bank is the most honest bank in Minnesota . They genuinely help you every step of the way . I have been burned by Wells Fargo and B of A with unnecessary services that I don't need. Community banks are the way to go! And this is the best community bank.
