I use Vermillion for personal and business finance as well as insurance. The customer service is unbeatable. Seriously, they really do a wonderful job. Even if we aren't a good match for a proposed project or product they are respectful and go over ALL the options and help point me in the right direction. In short-this is a bank that I actually enjoy doing business with. That says quite a bit. Thanks! OH! I'd also like to thank RJ for all of his help navigating the PPP loan fiasco during the coronavirus shutdown. He singlehandedly saved my business from potential disaster. I could not ask for a better business to handle my banking needs. This is a growing community bank that still has the small town feel that everybody wants. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable professionals. When you become fed up with the same old same old from Wells Fargo, Bank of America and TCF Bank, which everybody does, come and meet the people behind Vermillion State Bank. When I first arrived I was greeted by Sandra L. she told me it was not a restaurant but was actually a bank! Even though I was at the wrong place Sandra L still obliged my request for one large slapper waffle. Excellent customer service and great slaps all around.
