After relocating for work, to Scottsdale, my wife and I were having a difficult time finding a lender we felt comfortable with. After a few difficult weeks we contacted Veritas where we met Drew Hightower. After just 10 minutes of talking with Drew over the phone, my wife and I knew we had come to the right place and our prayers had been answered! Drew was professional, insightful, and listened to our needs. I am so thankful and grateful for his exceptional work ethic during the entire process. I would highly recommend!

About a month ago, I received an opportunity to apply for a special program. I have received several of these letters and tossed them as junk mail. When I received this one, upon opening, and reading, the offer stayed with me. I thought about it for a couple of days before making a phone call. I'm glad I made that call. Let me start off by saying I never write reviews… But after the experience I recently had with Drew Hightower I had to share it! My wife and I decided to move to Scottsdale this year. As you know, finding the right lender can be very stressful. Even more so when you move to a state where you don’t know a single person. I contacted a few lenders but never felt comfortable with the answers I was given. Being in sales I have always had a good sense of gauging people and these conversations led me to believe I would just be a number on a spreadsheet. I called Veritas and ended up spending an hour on the phone with Drew. He walked me through every little detail and provided me with the exact comfort I needed to make my decision. He made me feel like I knew him for my entire life! The entire loan process went as smoothly as this first conversation with him. I am so thankful for the Veritas team for making this big move for my family such a wonderful experience. Just finished up on a refinance with my home. Beyond impressed with the people working at Veritas Funding, especially the Loan Officer Drew Hightower. After purchasing a few homes, realtors and especially lenders are notorious for going silent and hard to reach after you sign your closing docs. Not only did Drew walk me through the entire process and make it seamless, but called me almost two weeks later and asked me how my job interview went that I had told him about a month before! Good people are hard to find but a good Loan Officer is even harder. Drew and his team kept me in the loop start to finish. Bahareh was amazing to work with and she is so sweet! Just did a refi cashout to do some renovations on my home. Was the first time doing the process and I was a little nervous accessing the equity in my home. Insert Drew Hightower and Veritas Funding. I can honestly say the process was hands down smoother than when I originally bought my home. Every time I spoke with him it was like talking to someone I knew my whole life. He always made sure to keep me updated on the status of my loan and made sure that I understood the numbers before I signed anything. What I respected most about him was that he gave me an honest timeline of how long it would take and delivered. If you have a mortgage, call Drew. Also his processors are awesome! Was super nervous about buying my first house and a friend recommended Drew Hightower at Veritas. He took my call on a Sunday and talked to me for over an hour explaining the process and making sure that I felt comfortable before we ever got started. He closed on my loan in less than 30 days and was available any day of the week. I will forever recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase refinance in the future. One of the biggest financial decisions I ever made was definitely a seamless process because of Drew and Veritas :)

Initially I was quite hesitant to proceed with refinancing however after careful review of options I decided that it was in my best interest doing so. Then came the fear of dealing with a new finance team and not knowing what to expect especially the level of customer service and care. Me and my wife just bought our first house and I think our experience should be noted and recognition should be given. I can’t say enough about Veritas Funding. I was referred to Drew Hightower by a family friend and let’s just say I now consider him a family friend. The one thing I loved most about our experience with Drew was that if I called or texted him and he didn’t have an answer, he was honest and would say he’d get back to me when he had an answer. That may seem like a small detail however in todays world so many people just tell you what you want to hear. And he always did a good job of getting back with me and my wife in a timely manner.
