Veridian Credit Union N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny

I liked this bank up until I had to dispute charges that were fraudulent on my account. Someone hacked my Apple Pay and charged my bank account $1400. And I made a dispute with them and they sent me an email 3 days later saying they basically couldn’t do anything. And that there were no errors. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m very disappointed with this bank.

I wouldn’t give any stars..... my dad who is a 97 year old WWII vet asked me to get $10 bills for 3 - $20 bills. I was in HyVee so on my way out I stopped at the bank and asked them to make this exchange. The teller asked if I had a Veridian account and when I told him no, he said he couldn’t make the exchange. Since when have things changed so drastically that you can’t get cash exchanged for cash AT A BANK! I was speechless. So much for customer service.

used the ATM. ATM door closed and took 80 dollars of my hard earned money. Tellers seemed totally disinterested as to whether or not I got my money back. Apparently ,must be "reconciled"in the following morning,and I am left in the lerch as to whether I get my money back I am a man of NO means,guess customer service does not mean anything to them. They could have advanced me the money. All that I can say is I bank At First Class. Take your money there!!!! Go First Class!

I got an account there back in December. Before that I used wells Fargo. Definitely like veridian more. I will continue going thru them because of the friendly costumer service.

Rude people and I don't know who trained theses people. I don't understand how these bank stays open but hopefully one day they will shut there doors.

This is the best place to trust your money with. Each employee is so friendly and willing to help you with a smile every time. Rachel has been a joy to talk with even before I had my account with them (I work for Hy-Vee) and I was pleased that it was her who helped me open my accounts. I also love that I can do business with them on Sundays. I can tell you that this is convenience has been a life saver once or twice! I fully recommend using Veridian- especially the North Ankeny Boulevard Hy-Vee location.

I have always been impressed with the experiences I’ve had here especially with a teller named Armin. However I was even more elated when I had a flat on the interstate and who stops to help me but Armin with his name tag on and everything! So glad Veridian hires people who really care even beyond the walls of the bank! Maybe all of their employees are like this or maybe this guy just needs a raise!

All the bankers are so nice to me and super easy to talk to! Veridian makes my life easier! It’s also convenient for me to stop at the bank since I work right at hy-vee!

I've always been treated very nicely here everyone as far as employees has been always very friendly and more than helpful have never had a bad experience at any Hy-Vee... Thanks guys for all your good hard consistent work and knowledge preciate it...

Veridian is the best credit union or banking service you will find. We love banking there and tell everyone we know about it!
