6 years and I still love these folks! They are the best team in the insurance business. Alejandro and the staff there are always courteous, friendly and professional. The rates are unbeatable. I have been dealing with Velox for a few years now. I must say... I HAVE NEVER EVER had a bad experience with them. It has ALWAYS been great from the first time I purchased insurance from them. Yesterday while buying my née car ☺️ I contacted Velox and got Alex. I tell you no lie. I sent him the VIN # and before I could sign for the vehicle, he had my policy written! I saw other people stressed out with their insurance companies and I was stressed free. Thanks soo much Velox for being that team!!!

Alejandro is ways helpful to me at the Tucker location on Saturday morning... he advocates for me and that is RARE in customer service pre and post covid.

Sometimes you can get better service and a lower price by going with one of the smaller providers. This was my experience with Velox Insurance. When I call, the phone is answered by an actual human, and they have the patience to take care of any problems I have. I'm glad I made the switch. Great great great place to go for insurance, reasonable prices,although I had to return the vehicle, due to it needing repairs, so I had to cancel my policy. I hope the refund comes fast in the mail like they sunt me my declaration page when I opened this account. But with that being said, this is a great place to go for reasonable priced insurance, I will be back with them when Im ready to purchase another vehicle.
