We highly recommend Josh and his team. Our loan closed in November ‘21. Josh covered all the options available for us at our initial meeting. Given they are a broker and can work with many different loan companies there were a lot of options available that we didn’t know about beforehand. Everything was completely streamlined with the portal for providing needed documents. We could (and did) call the office with questions and the phone was always promptly answered as were our questions. That’s a bonus in today’s world.
