Velocio was on top of everything from the beginning. Wonderful experience and worry free on the funding side of my home buying experience due to them. Mr. Meyers was always prepared to handle a situation or assist with any questions and Ms. Estrada was very attentive to keeping documents moving when needed to keep the process smooth.

Everything went great. Lightning fast communication - my calls were returned within minutes. Smooth document review process, even on the weekend. At no point did I feel like the funding side of the process was holding me or the deal back. Great service.

Both Windy and Jonathan were very careful about updating me over the phone prior to or soon after sending me a new estimate or disclosure over secure message. They were both very responsive to any of my questions even during the holidays. Shortly after getting pre-approved, Windy explained how buying down the rate and origination fees worked. As the closing date drew near, she gave outlooks for locking the rate early vs floating. In short, I was always given thorough explanations prior to having to send in documentation or make major financial decisions, which made getting my mortgage with Windy a breeze.

I worked Patty Hernandez and Windy Hartl on this house and what a phenomenal job they've done! I'm no pro (thankfully?) at home buying, and they did a fantastic job of guiding me through the process. I really felt like they were a part of a team that was helping me start to end. Totally recommend these folks!

Please beware of this lender, especially if your loan officer is JEROME SCHOCH aka Bear. He is unprofessional and unethical to say the least and straight up lied about interest locked up. Working with him has been hands-down the worst mortgage experience. We had apparently locked a rate of 4.25%without points with this company on a 120 day rate lock they were offering. 7 days later, he sent closing estimate with 4.375% with $13000 in discount points. We sent an email to him about the discrepancy and got a response from him on the call that it was a mistake on their end, they were running busy with month end and large number of closings. We and our realtor continuously followed up with him over calls and email over 2 months but Bear was impossible to get hold of. Fast forward to 3 days before our closing date, he still sent the incorrect closing document to out builder, title company and still swore that it was wrong and was working on it to fix it. On the day of closing, (by the time, we still are unsure of the closing amount and not have cashier’s check) he conveniently lied that he had informed us about the changed rate. Thankfully we had an email documentation of every conversation we had with him and had to get the President (Yes, President of the company) in order to get everything straightened out. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to shop for other lenders given the rise in interest rates. Very disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would..

Anna Dela Cruz was outstanding. During the entire financial process, she worked side by side with us from start to finish. Even on her days off, she would still accept calls from us and provided valuable information.

Minus the first try in December that fell through due to Communication Mishaps we had a very good experience. Amanda (our agent) was extremely helpful, on top of things, quick to respond, and understanding when we had a few Medical trips due to Pregnancy as well.

Loved working with Windy. She was awesome. She made the home buying process great. She explained everything and the whole team responded to my calls and emails promptly. Windy owns the experience from beginning to end. Windy was very through and asked the right questions to move the process along quickly. It was great to have a business with Tessie and a team. They were very helpful and explained every step of process. I was first time buyer and some points were unclear for me, they cleared everything and let me understand each point. I would advise those guys to everyone who are looking for professionals.

David's team is not like any other lender who just offer a rate and just pester around you. He has been more than friendly taking time to explain things twice and even thrice! Greg and his team were extremely helpful through the entirety of the home buying process. We had to ask a few questions along the way but it is up to the borrower to stay on top of their loan process. All questions and concerns were answered by the lending team. I would recommend them to anyone. Rates were very competitive with other lenders. All Fees were reasonable too. It was a very good experience with them in the loan process.
