After being on the phone with different agencies all day, and being turned down, asked to complete repairs before calling back, and receiving high quotes without being currently eligible for any, a family member recommended that I call Erie. Even though I called near the end of the work day, Jeff was quick, friendly, helpful, and best of all offered an affordable and thorough policy- the same afternoon we spoke. Now I am ready to move into my new home feeling not only secure, but like I am getting a great deal. I ended up bundling my auto also and now pay less than half of what I did somewhere else. He recommended all of what I needed, and nothing that I didn’t, and with no weird, prohibitive rules for a prospective home business like I had seen with other groups.
