Vantage West is a great place! Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable and professional in advising us on the best account options for our needs and making sure our info was transferred from our previous bank. Friendly staff, and beautiful building. 👍👍👍

Micaela is the reason I am writing this review. She was so kind, printed us new debit cards. She was very friendly and was great at conversation. You did a great job hiring her and you should keep her for ever. She made my experience there amazing!!

After the phone call today it’s clear to me why your branch in Gilbert has a one star review as well. One of your ATM machines charged my debit card without dispensing the money or a receipt! It’s extremely frustrating that rather then trying to provide some assistance for an issue with your ATM you decided to pass me off to my own financial institution and tell me you couldn’t help. I spoke to Martin, employee number 1948 who identified himself as a supervisor of your member solution center. He provided no help, told me he wasn’t aware of the process, and when I asked to speak to someone in the department who could handle this issue he told me there was nothing else he could do. I guess if you’re not a member you get no solution. Great way to handle potential customers!

I didn't have a checking account with them but I did have an auto loan and they were always helpful, good customer service, every time I called.

Everyone at this branch is always helpful and greets you with a smile. This is by far the best bank I have ever banked with. Thank you Vantage West!

I've been a member at this branch for a few months now. There was a couple hiccups getting my account set up initially, but the issue was dealt with swiftly and with very professional service. I am also in the branch at least once a week and have never been met with anything but kind and prompt customer service from all of the staff. I have also dealt with customer service over the phone and have been very impressed with how personable all of the agents are. I would definitely recommend vantage west for secure banking and great customer service.

Update: 02/11/2022 Natasia Ford at this branch will not help you if you are calling in. Be ready to be transferred to customer service call center and sit on hold for 15 minutes. The service is not what it used to be.

Stopped in August 19th 2019 to look a mortgage options. Lady took down the information than informed us that the "guy" isn't here since he covers a few stores and that in 24 hours he would reach out to us. First, I drove 45 minutes for you to waste my time. Second, you offered no other solution like calling him and having him come back since apparently he was there not too long ago. Or just calling him at all to see if there was anything he wanted to do to take care of the customers need. Thanks for teaching me that the 1800's are here to stay since they will work around my schedule and not the other way around. I also agreed with the other review before mine. Staff seemed rude and they were all hounding around us asking what they were "getting" on us.

I love this place Rosanna and Kelsey took care of me and helped me with my banking information and I will be coming back again. Thank you so much ladies doing a fantastic job

Time is 12:38 pm and the hours of operations for Saturday is 9 am to 1pm. It appears like the posted hours are just a suggestion because the doors are lock and lights are off. This visit also included an ATM visit that does not have cash for it customers. This happen to us from e the second time now.
