The store’s environment give off a great energy every time I walk in everyone greets me with a smile and makes me feel at home. They always have what I’m looking for and the two mangers always gives me the best offers! Allison and Irma never cease to make me laugh, they are very friendly girls. I will always come back no other pawn shops can beat value pawn!

Anthony gave me great customer service i remember the first time meeting him he would make sure all my questions were answered and helped me get what i needed. He needs to get promoted to becoming a manager because I've been to these other pawnshops and these managers just don't do anything and their customer service sucks but this is why i continue to return to the pawn shop on Lantana because of customer service and Anthony.

5 STARS!!! Not the usual pawn shop atmosphere. The store was clean and organized, but more importantly the staff was friendly and professional despite me walking in close to closing. Angelica was wonderful, as well as professional and knowledgeable and assisted me for a smooth transaction. Would 100% recommend to whomever needs to go to a Pawn Shop!!!

Never liked this store before! Till today, The store was extremely organized, the music playing was very attentive it was nice to look around and feel relaxed.. Angelica was great with assisting me with all the questions I had.. definitely will be coming back and only want to work with her!!

I became unemployed in March and struggling to keep my head above water. I have pawned a few things here over the last couple of months and always received great service and top dollar amount from my items. Tonight Angelica went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed to pay bills until I receive my first paycheck. She was very informative and helpful and I’m very grateful for her! Anthony has always been great as well.
