After working with many different banks to help me start my business, I can confidently say that Valor Bank goes above and beyond in their customer service and professionalism. While I am confident that I am nowhere near their biggest customer, I am made to feel as if I am each time I call, email or drop by the bank. I have since started moving my personal banking accounts over to them and have been very pleased with the customer service and amenities on that side of their bank as well. I highly recommend banking with Valor!

Called today, 9-3-19, to inquire about a 6 month CD. Employee was super friendly and took my information and told me he would pass it on to the person who would help us when we got there. Once we arrived, we were greeted immediately by Caleb and he assisted with the CD. It was absolutely a perfect transaction and we were very impressed with the length of time it took, Caleb's knowledge and his overall demeanor. What a pleasant experience after inquiring at two other banks. I highly, highly recommend Valor Bank.

Customer service is wonderful. I never have to hold due to auto attendant backups. I am getting a home loan and Josh keeps me fully in the loop. Calab answers questions quickly and in language I understand. Other staff always so friendly unlike my previous bank

Ashley emailed me saying something negative was on my credit report. When I got my hands on my credit report, the red flag she spoke of was nowhere. BOK processed a loan at the same time- there was nothing on any of my 3 credit reports or in the title work to decline the loan. What a liar! I can't do business with people who lie. When I questioned Ashley, she back peddled stating it wasn't reported to the credit bureaus and wasn't affecting my score, although her original email said it was on my credit. I give her 1 star for being quick.

Over the past couple of years we have purchased multiple homes through Valor Bank and our experience has been outstanding every single time! Ashley is very knowledgeable and has answered any and all mortgage questions we've had. Valor has done a great job at getting us the best rate possible and I would recommend their services to everyone. We also have an account with them at the bank and have been pleased with everything related to that as well. If you're looking for a bank, Valor Bank is the way to go.
