Took almost an entire year to get my title. Called them at least 4 times across 4 months and they just told me it's on the way!! Closed in march got the title in October.

This is by far the worst title company I have worked with and I have worked with at least 6 more. They made mistake after mistake throughout the whole transaction literally wasting time and money.
Ms. Guerra, we are truly sorry that you were not provided with quality service however we are unable to locate a file with your name. If you could provide me with a GF# or legal description to investigate further that would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you want your property deed/title mailed to the wrong address you found the right place for service. I never seen a more unorganized and clueless staff in my life. The whole staff has no idea what's going on and they transferred you to another staffer repeatedly. Seriously, a title company that can't get an address right! My advice to anyone who has used this company verify the address on your paperwork it might be wrong!
Ms. Mercado, we are so sorry for the inconvenience in not receiving your documents. But, thank goodness for recorded documents which are accessible in the County records so we are able to quickly obtain a recorded copy of your Deed for you! And thank goodness we can also issue duplicate policies in instances when needed. The most important thing is that title agents are required to maintain copies of policies issued indefinitely and each policy issued is reported to the underwriter so they know, Ms. Mercado should something happen, that your property is insured. And that is peace of mind for all property owners.
