Don’t bother banking here if you’re self employed. When I was employed making 1/4 of what I do today they were willing to give me the sun and the moon for auto financing and a personal loan with horribly bad credit. 5 years later with perfect payment history and 5 figure deposits monthly and they have every excuse under the sun for why self employment is too high of a risk for them to lend to - despite having my checking accounts, and payment history with them to back it up. Pulling my accounts and going elsewhere. Relationships my behind - there’s way better financial institutions out there for self employed people than this one. I wanted to keep it local with my Alma mater but our money isn’t good enough because we don’t work for someone else.

Was a member for 1.5 years in good standing with steady income got denied for $500 credit card.... Tried to get auto loan and they offered 10.5% Apr and told me I should have tried to build credit with a credit card? Went to car dealer and got a 3.4 Apr through Co vantage credit union. Also very slow if you need help from a service representative.

Went in to open up checking and savings accounts no one was available. Moving on to another credit union.

The people at UWCU have always been kind and professional. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

I have been with this credit union for 25 years, So many helpful employees. Any questions I have are answered in a respectable manner. Best place for loans of any kind. Will NEVER be a bank statistic because I m a member and there are no hidden fees. The mobile app is easy to use.
