They absolutely don’t have respect with customers (at least for me and my friend who was buying my RV). The teller (Mrs Fulmir) told us after two hours waiting that they can not do a loan for a 2006 RV. They should have more respect and professionalism. I’m sad I can’t give negative rate or zero stars.

Me and my husband wanted to open an account together and Doris made it an easy and fast process! She was able to answer all of our questions! Overall a good experience.

There was a long wait. I was not happy that your bank charges $5.00 in order to open an account. No other bank or credit union does this.if you didn't have that CD special rate I would have walked out the door.

We have banked with UCCU for 20 years and never regretted a day of it. This is friendly, low key place to bank, with staff who are brilliantly capable and patient.

I was attracted to a uccu business account because there is just a set up fee and no minimum balance--perfect for small business. The help was professional, even generous in helping me set l the account, but it took me a couple of days to set up the account because they don't have a working fax machine.

It was quick and easy to open a second checking account. They were also able to print my Visa-debit card at the same time.
