I have banked with the USC Credit Union for years, and I have always been happy with the service that I have received. Recently, I needed to secure a car loan in a very short amount of time, and Angelina Ybarra (Member Relationship Specialist II) went above and beyond to make this happen for me. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. She answered my every email and call and even worked after hours to make sure that I was all squared away. I felt valued, heard, and supported. The USC Credit Union has my loyalty!

TERRIBLE customer service. If you like waiting ON HOLD listening to terrible 1970's elevator music... this is YOUR BANK! They just transfer your call around from person to person until you eventually hang up.

USC credit union is great! I would recommend them to everyone. Great products, rates and services. Everyone is so knowledgeable, polite and professional. The process of becoming a member, obtaining a checking account and credit card was so easy and fast. I was recently helped by Mr. Cuevas. I received all correspondence quickly and accurately from him. He made the process so simple. If you want a great bank, join USC credit union.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. My card information was swiped on July 9th. I received a new card in the mail July 20th. I have not been able to access my account because my card was incorrectly assigned to a phone number that was not associated with my account due to the incompetence of staff. I’ve called in 19 times, *Nineteen* times over the past three days to fix this issue. Not only was my phone number incorrectly assigned, but I was not given or advised about my new PIN number, which became an issue at the store when my card was locked. As soon as I have access to my account again (if ever, here’s hoping!) I will be closing my account and business with this institution. I can’t handle basic daily tasks like grocery shopping because I am prevented from using MY money. Don’t bank here.

I had a great experience working with this credit union to get my Auto Loan. I worked with Jorge Cuevos to secure my loan and I was impressed with how fast he got my application moving. This CU give competitive rates and saves you some good amount of money. Impressed by their quick turn around time.

USC Credit Union is one of the best institutions at USC. The staff are focused on support, care and sound financial advice. They are professional, prompt and offer the best value and advice across real estate, car loans and general financial support. Radine in particular is always great to work with, but honestly I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff. I highly recommend USCCU!

I've banked for 20 years with USCCU, from my earliest days in LA as a student at USC to present day. Overall, I've really liked banking with USCCU - the employees are really kind, and the location right off Flower St. is very convenient from the freeway. Back in the day I would have to go on campus to do banking, and these days its much easier with the many options. I financed 2 cars and 1 student loan with them, as well as my SBA grants. Additionally I've used their checking, savings, and money market accounts. I received great rates for all of these and Ken and Diana were amazing with helping me with the paperwork. My only complaints are: -some glitches in their online banking app caused a couple months of disarray in rendering my checking account. -Traveling internationally, I"ve been charged fees for using my debit card at ATMs by USCCU (a double down on fees already being charged by the ATMs abroad) -Their phone customer service has been pretty weak, as I've had over the last 20 years a couple instances of fraud on my account and both times its taken long wait times on the phone to reach assistance. -Along those lines, there's no features to change your PIN number on the app or get help with freezing a debit card when lost/stolen - you simply have to call the number For these reasons, I've recently switched to Charles Schwab to do most of my day-to-day banking (since they have zero ATM Fees and reimburse for travel fees). I'm still keeping one of my emergency fund accounts at USCCU but these days I'm needing more features from my bank for the day-to-day.

I sat down with Francisco today at the Flower St Branch and he was a tremendous help. I cannot thank him and the credit union enough for their assistance today. Francisco was patient, understanding, and very hard working. I am so proud to be apart of this credit union.

I have been a member of USC Credit Union since 2012. Since that time, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the employees. The process for basically any transaction I have conducted has been very convenient for me. I appreciate that I am able to perform any transactions either on-line or at a shared credit union. The employees I have done business with at USC Credit Union have been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
