Customer representative Greg is horrible. Does let you finish a sentence to get your point across or to explain. Had to raise my voice and tell him to let talk! Representatives like this make a small situation escalate and make customers upset!

We applied for an auto loan online and were automatically assigned a Loan officer but we were having trouble reaching him. I walked in to the credit union to get some help and Karla helped my husband and I. She jumped right in and helped us out getting our loan processed and approved within the day. Karla was knowledgable, friendly and explained everything to us in great detail. We are so happy with the service provided by Karla.

They used to be very friendly, and courteous a few years ago. I was there yesterday. I did not see the person behind the line, but the other person was to busy talking to a security guard, and acted like I was bothering her, when I came in to make a deposit. I am presuming this happened because there was not a manager on site. I will be going there more often in the future. I do hope it gets better. I have had nothing but good experiences from the reps I have spoken to on the phone.

Total lack of professional service. Only one representative on phone, who does not know the difference between money order and wire transfer. Very few people serve in the bank and they do not know what they are doing either. Very disappointed.

Member friendly services, fast processing and convenient.

They waste your limited time and try to rush you in between. Can never fully ask a question in regards to account. AND NOW because of Covid they require appts and having to fill out stupid faulty questions on apps which does not work, and in order to see them- u have to complete what the stupid app tells you! How can i make an appt if ur app does not work?!

Thank you so much Jorge Cuevas! I had sent a request and it was done the same day. Honestly, no one takes care of you like this Union does. He was able to explain to me about my financial situation, what to do and what not to do. He gave me such valuable information! Not anyone goes out of their way like Jorge did. Thank you Jorge for making this an easy process in such a difficult time. I appreciate you!

The USC Credit Union is the closest banking/financial institution to me. When my Credit Union back in my homestate ended share branch banking, I decided to register for an account here at this credit union. I brought in necessary documentation to register successfully, the process was painless and the service I received was cordial and efficient. I believe Carla fully assisted me, and her politeness and patience won me over (my apologies if I got your name wrong! It's a bit hard to remember cuz I was in a rush). All in all, thank you for the great service!

No parking ever and their only open Monday - Friday. If you have card issues over the weekend your screwed until Monday. This is the second time this happens to me.

There isn't much help in Spanish, Sandra says she doesn't speak Spanish and it's not true.
