    If you asked me 5 years ago, I'd have give the agency a 5 star rating as the branch staff in kerhonkson are wonderful. Covid caused hours and operations to change which, while inconvient, forced me to deal with a loren wells and Mario Hildago via email and over the phone who mishandled a late fee during covid in 2020 costing the agency my trust and loyalty. Since then I've moved all of my personal business to TEG and find it to be a better experience with more locations and even mortgage options that alliance does not offer.

    They no longer assist guests from other credit unions so I hope other CU don’t help their customers 👎🏻 I drove 45 minutes to find this out even though I was told by my bank it was a shared branch.

    Accidentally forgot to add Deposit Only to the back of one check and Supervisor Sean Murphy refused to override the computer! If you want a computer to tell you what to do this is the financial institution for you, otherwise go to CHASE.

Unfortunately, the only way to override this, is for the member to endorse "for mobile deposit only at USALLIANCE Financial" along with their signature on the back of the check and resubmit for deposit.
