USAA ATM New Center Pt, Colorado Springs

I'm glad it's here as it is closer to me than most other locations. No issues at this one so far. I do wish cash and checks that are deposited would be available a little quicker. I also wish there was an open branch we could go into.

This ATM is in a great location right off powers. In the past, I would have to drive up north to the USAA headquarters building because that was the only USAA ATM that I knew existed. This ATM is usually pretty busy due the high volume of military in the area. Overall, I'm thrilled with the convenience of location! Thanks USAA.

Atm worked and I was able to deposit cash. Just wish it wasn't 30 mins from my house

There are always long lines, because usaa only has 3 available deposit atms in the springs. And almost Every. Single. Time. I try to deposit my checks, it isn’t even working! How am I supposed to pay my bills if I can’t get my checks deposited?? So frustrating!!

Why does USAA have such terrible ATM locations in military cities? Nobody besides their corporate knows the answer to that one. One ATM in a city of half a million.

I've never had a good experience at this ATM, but typically I don't care enough to write a review. This week, however, has been ridiculous. I've been trying to deposit some cash to pay my bills since Saturday, and the function has been "temporarily unavailable" the entire time. My wife had been driving by and saw some maintenance going on there, so I decided to try it after work. I was greeted by a nice red "X" that seemed new, and indicated that the entire ATM was disabled. I usually like USAA for the ease of use online, but I've been strongly considering changing banks so I can deposit money when I need to.

Atms are out of service way too often especially since you only have two locations to deposit money in the whole town. Everyone raves about service you get at USAA. but I am not seeing it. I should be able to deposit money without a 15 minutes detour across town all in hopes that atm will work. Plus why can't your tellers deposit money into an account?

It's was easy to find right next to rock bottom by the carefree movie theater. Pretty easy to use and my deposit was available almost instantly which was pretty nice. Usually atms take 1 or 2 days to clear so that was nice.

I live on the south side of town, so this is closer than driving the 30-40 minutes to get to the USAA facility on Voyager/Research. However, I frequently get to it only to find out that it is not accepting deposits. I sure wish there were more locations to deposit cash.

Very convenient for me, but when I don't have an atm....I just turn the cash into a money order at Walmart or King Sooper and mobile deposit it.
