Love Love Love the customer service in this pawnshop. The professionalism is outstanding and they are like family. They always speak and welcome you with open arms. It’s amazing the expertise that they have when it comes to computers, gaming equipment, and etc. They don’t mind giving advice and helping out.

Not a frequent pawn shop type person. However after my recent dealings with the manager at this place (I believe his name was Jason), I will be going back often. He was very helpfull in answering all my questions and concerns regarding my purchase. After I left the store, I had additional questions so I phoned in and spoke to the manager again. I was even more surprised that he was just as nice and helpfull after he already had my money. Classy business and staff!

Hans and Pat gave great service. Edit: It has been three weeks since I’ve purchased a tv from them, the tv was blanking out since DAY 2 and it continues to blank out and come back on. Also it is the same tv they were watching that day to be exact, before we purchased it, so they knew it blanks out.

Never been to this location before last weekend, 01.09.2021. Let me say, WOW! All of the employee's were awesome and even let our 2 kids in the store with us. HA! On the serious side though, Hans, our sales associate was both professional and an all around joy to work with. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone that I know looking for a pawn shop deal. GO HANS!

I went to USA a couple of days ago just browsing. Tito and the rest of the staff there were very cool and easy to deal with. They didn't try to pressure me into buying anything, they let me take my time looking and answered any questions I had. They had some good deals on electronics. Very good customer service.
