USA Pawn Shop Warrenton Rd, Vicksburg

My fiancé and I went into the Vicksburg location today looking for wedding rings. Justin the manager took such good care of us. He showed us all the options and helped us find the perfect rings to make our union special. I can not recommend these guys enough! They were all so nice! Thank you Justin for helping two old queens find their forever rings!!

Their service is poor. The staff working there are rude and disrespectful. There was a lady working there that ignored my dad numerous times when he was at the counter. In the end, stay away from this place. They'll rip you off, disrespect, and cheat you at every turn. Wouldn't recommend it.

Came in looking for a small tv. Brandy was so helpful in shwoing me all the features of each tv and helped me decide on the one for me. will def be back

Couldn't get rid of the tools and other items I was trying to clear out of my very small living space, because the season was over for them but I did get a good price for one item. Even better, the whole visit was so fast and efficient and the female employee was great and very friendly. Thanks for the best pawn experience I have ever had.

I absolutely loved coming in. I was helped by Brittany Clark she did everything to make sure she got a sale. She was extremely patient, and knowledgeable about the items we actually ended up purchasing which was way more then we originally intended. If you come to this establishment I highly recommend asking for her.

I went in to this store a couple of days ago with my little boy looking for some movies. Everyone is super helpful in there. Sara was very helpful and very patient with my little boy. In a time where uncertainty is all around you one thing you can be certain of is the service here especially by Andrew Nguyen. He helped me through purchasing my first firearm, something that could have been a difficult and hard to comprehend was made so easy and totally understandable by him. He showed me a variety of them and gave me pros and cons to each and I left knowing way more then when I first got there.

I usually go to the Jackson locations, but the Vicksburg’s staff is so much more friendly. Ms Sara’s customer service is impeccable. Although I didn’t buy anything, when I come back I’m coming to see her. She even took down my number so she could call me when new items of interest come in.

I needed to buy a capo for a friend's guitar as a birthday gift. Michelle's Music was closed, and I didn't know where else in Vicksburg I was going to buy one. So, I tried USA Pawn. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to find that particular item in a pawn shop, but despite of my first thoughts, I decided I'll just go anyway just to see. I was greeted by a salesman named Rob and told him what I needed. Not only was he able to find exactly what I was looking for, he was entertaining as well. I felt comfortable speaking with him. I'm grateful that he was able to help me out, and I'm relieved that I was able to get the gift that I wanted.

I came into this store recently to browse video games. David was the associate at the video game counter and he was very helpful when I was looking for battletoads. Great customer service from him and from all of the associates at this location.

Josh Opoka has always taken care of my every gun and ammo needs/wants. He is always informative with updates regarding different manufacturers. I can always tell he loves guns just as much if not more than I do. I moved to Oxford, but still visit every time I come through to see their stock of handguns.

I took my Rolex Daytona in today to see about possibly trading it for some gold coins. The manager Justin made me a fair offer and I left with some gold and a bit of cash. All in all it was a good day for both of us I think. I will be back to do more business for sure!

This shop is so nice! I went in looking for some baby items for my first baby and brandy , a sales woman there, was so helpful. She showed me all the baby stuff , telling me all about how the products worked and even offered to show me everything with batteries or plugged in so I could see it in action which is realy appreciated! She even showed my boyfriend a gun that he loved and talked him through the background check and everything. She made it such a great experience we will definitely be back!

Kendrick was very friendly when I came in he always has a smile on her face. He knows about the products in your store and he has great people skills.
