I usually stop at this pawn atleast once every other weekend. Staff is great. The manager is very kind and knowledgeable. Always has a good vibe about her. Never had an issue with this pawn store. Highly recommend them

Store deserves a star if that.... the new girl that just started has great customer service ... the girl with glasses I believe she said her names Miranda? Might be wrong but she has HORRIBLE customer service. Just stands there and has a what ever attitude... store isn't clean super dirty and when told to staff all I get from her is an "okaaay" and then ignored... the new girl there I think should help the manager out with keeping customers that aren't tweekers to keep coming into the store.... overall though new staff is needed or better training is needed js

When getting my pawns out, the staff didn't give me 2 of my rings and I had to argue with them. Finally went back and got my rings and the original staff that assisted me said " I thought I missed a couple".

The guy at the counter took all of my silver out of their capsules, scratched rounds worth a lot, then stated they give 8 an oz, when spot was 26, and 1 oz bars were selling in store for almost 50. They also sell out of silver bars immediately, so the low price is BS. Also not an America first store, considering they fly a flag on their sign.

If I could give this place a 0 Star I would the staff are rude and speak to people is cold tones. I can not believe how rude they are. Me and my wife took her grandmother to get something out of pawn and from the moment we stepped in the door they were rude. I literally had to walk out because I can not deal with rude people. The manager is one of the people being rude so it's not like there is anyone to make a complaint to. I do not recommend using this place.

Had the best experience there. I came in this past weekend for a Gibson Flying V guitar and they also had a Gibson Explorer that they sold me that wasn’t even on display yet. I got both for VERY reasonable prices and couldn’t be more happy! It felt like Disneyland but for anyone in the guitar world! Thank you Jay and Analisa....very nice people with great energy

Filthy store, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The dead roaches in the corner did better customer service than any other employees in there. Employees stood around and watched us as we walked around. Cheaper prices for the same things at Walmart. Do better.

Great place to shop and if you're behind a bill to pawn your items very professional courteous take their time to explain things will and work with you I really appreciate them

Customer service is really good. The store is clean well-kept up. It’s better organized than it was before at one time. Izzy helped me out and was very friendly. Good customer service the managers. I would recommend is store to anybody and I have done business with them in past and still continue doing business with them. You can see how they’ve change so much from before.

Went in there to pawn a bow and got called a Thief they didn’t even look at it they just straight up Jumped to conclusions they also said because I’m a female it wants mine in a vary rudely way

I bought a game system for my son for an amazing price from the store manager Analisa today. She even offered me protection for it for six months for almost pennies a day. They will also switch out the controller if it doesn’t work! Analisa was very helpful to me and was fast that’s why I always shop here. I’m happy to see a manager that attends to the customers now. Best change in years!

Honestly I wasn't satisfy at all they say top dollar but it's a lie they don't even give you ¼ of what it's worth. I took in an item that cost nearly $500 and there top price was $80, I only took it because I needed to get enough for rent. That wasn't the only thing I took, I also took a few other things like a couple power tools which was over $200, etc.
