During the purchase of our home we had a bad experience with another lender and when we contacted Theresa she assured us that she would take care of everything. She went above and beyond to make sure our dreams came true and made the process so easy for us. It is so nice that we have a lender here locally that truly knows their stuff and cares about their customers.

After getting the run around from a previous lender (Homefinity) for 2 1/2 months and still no closing, I decided to try another lender and go with Theresa after reading the reviews. Thank God I did! She and her crew are honest, upfront, personable and very efficient. The whole process was done and closed in 30 days without any pain! Lol. This is who you want for your next mortgage!!
