I just got a call from Stacey asking for employment verification. She was incredibly rude. I answered her question, with the information we are to give people when they call. She asked for a specific name, we are not allowed to give specific names. She said, well you didn't answer my question" (snottily) and hung up on me. Based on this encounter alone, I wouldn't use USA Mortgage. If that's how you treat the people your dealing with, it's not professional and it's just plain rude. She also wouldn't let me get a word in. She would ask a question and keep talking. You kind of have to quit speaking after the question has been asked, if you want the answer.
I am very sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us. Stacey does not work out of this office, but I have let the manager know of the situation. We strive for professionalism and great communication, so we hate to hear when we fall short. Thank you very much for your feedback.
