This is now the second time my family an I have been through American Secure Title! Always professional and greeted my wife an I with a Smile. Even had our name on a screen with our scheduled appointment. Made it feel as if we were the most important people. Through the stack of paper work they always reviewed and explained if we had any questions. Offered advice and resources into navigating our new responsibilities. Appreciated all the hard work from underwriting, fillings with the city, escrow ect. The list goes on. Thank you for all you do!

Such a great experience with Kim and her team. Closing was quick. Kim explained things really clearly. And I left with a warm chocolate chip cookie.
