I’m very satisfied with my purchase! Thomas Reeves was very helpful in the process and overall the experience was great. The car ran great and he made sure everything was fully functional and was very detail oriented through the application process. Extremely thankful for Thomas making the overall purchase a success!

I purchase a van from here Mr.Thomas was very helpful and available . But after 2 weeks of having the van had to take it to mechanic for a few major repairs. 2 weeks after getting my van out of the auto shop it broke down again and warranty or USA auto DID NOT help or even communicate with I have not even made my first payment!!! Now I'm out of a vehicle because the cost is to high plus paying car payment. The van was not inspected properly or even fix properly. very dissatisfied.

Looking for a vehicle can be stressful!!!When I sat down with Mr Dwight he told me my worries were finally over….And he was right!!! He made the process easier then I expect..My credit is not the best but US Auto Sales worked with me and got me riding in style!!!!My payments are not too high either y’all!!! Ain’t no under handed, low down business here!! You will not feel confused about anything! At the end of it all, I didn’t leave feeling like I signed a deal with the devil!!! I got the car that I wanted and more!!!

A year ago I gave a five start rating but unfortunately today I have a different complaint. My vehicle was involved in an accident in July of 2020 the shop kept my truck until the last of August I used a family member car but the company refuse to reimburse. In August of 2021 I had to replace a flywheel the shop kept my truck for a month and I couldn't afford a rental but every time someone gave me a lift I had to pay out of pocket no reimbursement I drove my truck for a week then at the busiest time of the day in traffic my car put me down it was the transmission the shop kept my car for a month all out of pocket expense when the shop tried to test drive it after the repair it was turned off while in the shop so they're thinking something was wrong. I got my car out but in November not two months later the transmission was slipping in 2nd and 3rd gear. I call trying to trade it because with the down payments repairs and monthly payment I was out of $14,000.00 but my balance was still $18,000.00.I gave it back voluntarily after no one trying g to work with me left me no other choice everytime I tried to talk to someone it was the same apologetic answer but it seems like I should have gotten some money back or at least a call I could never talk to someone from the corporate office. I would buy from them again it wasn't a bad company but it seems like I had a lemon and I thought it was a lemon law in Georgia
