This is my first car financing and I had a great experience. Demaunte Brown helped me out. He had great customer service and explained everything to me so I could understand with it being my first time buying a car. He even came in early so I could get to work in time. It was such a smooth process.I am so thankful I came to US auto they got me in and out and I'm on my way to work in my new car.

I applied for financing via phone/online and Kanisha was a wonderful help. She explained EVERYTHING I needed to know in detail and went out of her way to send me vehicle links etc. Once I went into the Stone Mountain location, EJ was my sales associate and when I tell you he was so polite, filled me up with bottles of water lol, drove to Buford to pick up my newly purchased vehicle and had the best customer service ever… Then there was Steve.. he made sure he got them numbers perfect for me 😃, very understanding, and explained everything in detail and went out of his way to make sure my belly was full lol. This is the worse place to buy or finance a car I got a car from this us auto sale @ memorial Dr and from 5 days later this car been in the mechanic shop they don't want to help u soon u sing the contract u will be in trouble with this company it's no good at all

They staff was great. Everyone was patient with me. I didn't find a car the first time on there lot and Malea found me one liked and went and got it for me. If your thinking about shopping with them don't think, just do it.

I bought a car on May 2nd and it broke down on May 10th. My car has been in the shop for a week and no work has been done. The car has been disabled (nonpayment), and had to have some lady with a sour attitude enable it for 24 hours. Pep Boys said that the radiator has a leak (no fluids leaked on my driveway), head gaskets blown, and may need a new engine. There is no way all that work will be done today within the less than 24 hours they have before the car is disabled again....so I'm out of a car...but y'all still want me to pay for a car I can't drive. I've been calling USAuto and DOWC for a week and all I get is transferred...or disconnected. I had a $250 payment due last week and another due next week, but I can't pay them because I can't get to work or get my kids to school. The Stone Mountain branch took my money, put me in a lemon and dropped me....PERIOD. All they care about is being paid on time. I thought it was weird that I asked about their refund policy and didn't get an answer until AFTER the deposit was paid. There is no refund policy...just an exchange program which had expired when my car broke down. Now I'm left to deal with the warranty that isn't much better. At this point I NEED MY MONEY BACK YESTERDAY! The customer service is sorry. I keep getting different departments I need to talk to and no one can seem to help me. USAUTO I NEED MY $1500 BACK, you can keep your car.

This by far was th easiest buying no pressure car sales I ever did. Basically call took my info did everything prior to me getting there and it was like pick your vehicle and drive away. Melanie good sales lady

I have been with US Auto for several years. When I go into the dealership on Memorial Dr. I always ask for EJ, he is very kind and knowledgeable about what he does. Check them out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Second visit here...first time I had less money and got far better service lead by salesman EJ; second time around no EJ and didnt even get help with more money in my pocket, inconsistent at best....so third times the charm, I was able to purchase a nice (presumably) reliable vehicle at a reasonable price; still missed EJ however Oscar did wonderfully in assisting in my purchase. I am satisfied with my service today and would recommend anyone looking for reasonable vehicles for reasonable pricing

Purchased a vehicle with minor damage, as is no warranty. Did a voluntary repo, and now US AUTO Sales is trying to file an insurance claim to get the minor pre-existing damages fixed…literally scratches that were pre-existing. And the salesman knew that, luckily i have the paperwork.
