Olivia was a great salesperson. She was very helpful with me picking a car of my choice. She was very respectful and nice. Timothy was awesome going over my paperwork. He made sure I was good before I left. I recommend anyone who wants a good vehicle to come here.

US Auto sales associates of the Florence SC location rocked helping me get into a vehicle. Ollivia presented everything I needed to know about my purchase amount, down-payment, available options to complete that down-payment and how easy it was to get going. After consistently hearing, NO,NO,NO,after NO it was great to see light at the end of a dark dismal tunnel. I test drove 3 cars and found what I liked. Olivia and Ms.Johnson stayed beyond closing time. My paperwork was throughly explained I was able to ask questions about anything I need additional clarification. Thank you ladies so much for all your help.

The Florence branch is a good branch but the us auto sales customer service is absolutely horrible, I’ve had multiple problems with them and every time I call to get something fixed they hang up on me and and transfer me right back to the person I spoke to the first time, it’s ridiculous that I have to sit on the phone with them for over an hour just to try and get something fixed. Their roadside assistance team is also very horrible, it took them over 5 hours to get somebody out to me and every time I would call to check the status they would hang up on me as soon as I asked about how much longer it would take because I needed to get to work. Very disappointed with us auto sales. I’ll never again get a car from them.

The best car buying experience yet! Ollivia was great throughout the whole process. I didn’t know what I was looking for when I started out but, she was patient and didn’t force anything on me that I didn’t want. Ollivia made sure I left happy. I highly recommend her. ASK FOR OLLIVIA!!!!!!!!

I don't even have a car from here but calling trying to check on my daughter's car. How do yo call and wait 15 minutes for a person to come on line and your number 30, you wait and hear your number 2 in line then it jumps back to 40. You offer to leave a message and number and no one has the decency to return the phone call. Very unprofessional!

So my sales rep was Doc. and he is absolutely amazing to work with! He really cares about his customers and makes sure you have the best experience possible. When your ready to buy ask for DOC. He is highly recommend in my opinion and I am so happy that I had the opportunity to work with him. Thank you soooooo much for helping me out . DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE... Yes they will help you yes it's very very easy to buy a far from them BUT the cars they have are bad the engine light will be on or you would either have a problem with your batter and your warranty only last for 5 days ... And when it comes to financing and payments it's terrible and high as hell .. if you get paid bi weekly you will be paying a car payment every other week instead of one a month if you get paid every week you will pay a car payment every week if you get paid once a month you will pay a car payment once a month ....they will pull money out your pocket for real .and they won't tell you this at all 😂 ... It's terrible financing with them THATS WHY ITS SO EASY TO GET A CAR FROM THEM ! ...BE CAREFUL don't waste your time

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM US AUTO SALES!!!!!!! We bought a car from US Auto sales. It broke down three days after the limited warranty went out. They made us pay for the repair. However, the car was not fixed. It was later determined that the problem with the car was on the car fax report, forcing the repair be made by US Auto. US Auto Sales paid for the second repair. The problem still was not fixed. They then told us to take it to a VW dealership and pay for another diagnostic. We refused, demanding our money back and started an auto fraud lawsuit. US Auto decided to pay for the third diagnostic and the third repair. The car is finally fixed. NOW, I am waiting for the return of our money for the fist erroneous repair. We have waited patiently for the 7 to 14 days required. Of course, the check has not shown up. US Auto states that they have 45 days for the check to show up or be returned before they will make any other attempts to give us back our money. This has be going on for 6 months!!!! Enough already! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM US AUTO SALES UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET THE RUN AROUND LIKE US!

..I don't usually do this..but I would never ever come here again to purchase a vehicle..your life concerns mean nothing to them...there are far better ones..and the fact that I was referring ppl to them..wow They will say one thing and totally disregard it the next..they will have you pulling all kinds of money out of your pocket..

This is the absolute worst place you could ever by car from. I would Advise car buyers to never buy a car from this car company their customer service is horrible, if you go into the store location (I went to the one in Florence South Carolina) the people that’s in the store can’t help you with anything other than selling a vehicle , no payments, no claims, if something is wrong even for the smallest of things it’s a total hassle. They have trackers on their vehicles and some time when I made my car payment the gps signal was down so I had to wait any where from 1-3 hours late for work because it was “out of our control “. No one wants to accept accountability. The only thing They want to do is get you into a car as fast as they can that’s why they allow you to only pay $500 down and drive off the lot because you have to come back and pay $2000 within 30 days. I got into a not at fault accident with my vehicle from US auto sales and it’s currently going on 3 months for US auto sales to receive the payment that the adjuster has already submitted a month ago some Supposedly check has been lost from a month ago . Their phone system is horrible they say that they will call you back and never call back I’ve been waiting on a call back since May and I haven’t seen one yet these people are not useful nor helpful. When it comes to the car by my experience was absolutely terrible and like I said before I would never advise anyone to get a car from US auto sales.

Easy to get a car from here but hard to get out of it! I had my car going on 3 years and it's been alright with a couple of issues. The check engine light did come on and is still on. These people do not work with you at all! I had a lot of repairs to do on my minivan and I came out of pocket a lot. The interest rate is ridiculous here as well.

Barely had the car for two weeks and the transmission started skipping. Two weeks after it starts smoking on the interstate. Called to request a car exchange or a refund everybody is lost and transferring everywhere but to the right person. Definitely going to rant on other forms of social media. Crazy how they get you in and out for the initial purchase but will drag their feet when there is a problem. Reported these problems three weeks ago !!!

When I rolled on US Auto Sales, I DIDN'T know how things were gonna go. I can honestly say that when Ms. Ollivia Francois approached me, my life shifted. I went looking for one thing BUT she found me something better! Ms. Ollivia worked her Brown Girl Magic & got me into something that I needed & better than what I was looking at! She took her time & LISTENED to me & got me into something that I am SATISFIED & most of all HAPPY! Ms. Ollivia DIDN'T saw me as a customer, she saw me as a friend & handled me with care. She DIDN'T let me settle for LESS as I have saved & brought me something better! Her desire to help me get my current situation better made me flet appreciative! When you go there, ask for Ms. Ollivia Francois, because she's gonna make sure you leave HAPPY! You will feel that way as soon as you see her SMILE! US Auto Sales needs to have her as the Employee of the YEAR!

Only had my car for 3 months. There's a tapping sound coming from the motor, the back passenger window won't go down, the antenna on top of the car is coming off and the paint on the car is coming off! The cars on this lot is not worth the amount they are selling them for!

I had a great experience with US Auto Sales. The salesman, Tanner was very nice and understood what I had to out down and how much I could afford a month. I was able to get approved quickly and I knew exactly what I wanted that was avaliable. Now I have the car I've always wanted and a monthly payment that won't kill me. Highly recommend calling and asking for Tanner!

Haven’t had my car a year yet 1 week I had it was issues alternator coolant turbo line valve cover gasket oil turbo line battery thermostat water pump now blown engine been forking out money for so long trying to rebuild the car and pay for it so stressful and no help at all
