The staff is nice but they don't really break everything down until it's too late. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED BUY HERE PAY HERE DEALERSHIPS! I'm paying twice as much for the exact same car I got from CarMax and when the car arrived the horn and windshield wipers were broken. They fixed the windshield, but the horn sounds like my daughter's toy car and they didn't even bother to put on new tires from the previous owner having it.

The check engine light came on an hr after we drove off the lot. I came back the same day thinking they could help, and was told there was nothing they could do. Apparently the drive home and back put the car over the mileage for their return policy. I’m not really sure if this is the standard of business there but I’m definitely not satisfied with my purchase.

When I went to US Auto ppl was friendly and nice. I went to LaSalle White and he hooked me up with a car that amazed me. He is a really great salesman and he will give you all your time no rush to find out what kind of car you want. I will advice you to go to US Auto because the ppl here is about business and they will not waste your time.

I went into this dealership looking for a Nissan or a Toyota and I didn't find one for the price I was looking for. So my searched continued other places. My sales rep (Val) stayed in contact and followed up very frequently. After almost 30 days I decided to go back on their website and that's when I found my next car! I was so please with Val and the rest of the team who helped me and made the process quick and easy! Great deal-awesome car!

What I don't understand is why change a program calling it affordable, when all you're doing now, is forcing high mileage cars at high prices? I intended to purchase my second vehicle from US Auto Sales. I purchased the first one in January of this year, no issue. So, here I am trying to get a second vehicle for less than the first vehicle, in which, my income is higher now than before, but you want me to pick a older vehicle, with extreme high miles, or a crazy compact car and still pay over $20,000. Nothing about that is affordable, especially when the engine or transmission is more susceptible to go out in a hard ran vehicle. It's like a auto company bail out all over again; and I was a returning customer.

Don't buy here or at any location! The company is ripping people off. Selling cars without doing emission checks! That's why as soon as you drive off the lot, you are stuck with the car! They will sell you anything! Georgia does not have a lemon law for used cars. BUYER'S BEWARE!! DON'T BUY HERE!!! Even if they say they'll fix it, they'll do a crappy, cheap fix or they won't fix it all! Example: put on cheap brakes, so they still squeak but they'll tell you there's nothing they can do about it! OR they'll replace your faulty gas cap with another faulty cap. So you'll keep having issues! See pic below.... Fyi, A gas cap error will keep your car from passing emissions. Every week there's some new issue with the car. I'm sick to my stomach that I bought from here!.... Please STAY AWAY from this company!!

Y’all Deserve 0 Stars! My Car Was Cut Off Repeatedly After My First Payment & After My Second Payment They Repo’d My Car! Tried To Make Me Pay $800 More For Some Hidden Fees & $530 For Towing Fees! I Will Not Recommend This Dealership To Anyone They Scammed Me & I’m Upset Cause I Spent My Hard Earned Money Where It Didn’t Belong. If Something Don’t Sit Right, Please Keep Your Money.

CUSTMER SERVICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The only thing that was decent about this place were the salespeople. Otherwise, this place is complete trash! I had a recent death in the family that caused me to ask for an extension on my payment. The man from customer service literally asked me, " is there a good reason why you are 5 days late...." I was so shocked by him asking that I asked him to repeat the question. not to mention that this SAME location has turned my engine off BEFORE my payment was late 3 TIMES! These people are money hungry and don't posses a single professional bone in their bodies. DO NOT GET A VEHICAL FROM HERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH IT! UPDATE 6/2/2022: After being told I was “approved” for a payment deferral my truck was still turned off. After waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes and having my spot on hold jump up and down on the line, when I got a hold of a representative, o was informed the request was never out in. After leaving my negative review, I was asked to email them to make the situation right and there has YET to be a response. SO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE‼️

DO NOT get a car from here. US AUTO (JONESBORO) My car stopped working in 6 days due to engine/ motor issues. From that point on US Auto and their partnering company has given me the run around about fixing the car ( although we are STILL in our warranty) We have yet to speak with a manager or owner. They expect me to rip and run to figure out all issues of the car but will not provide us with a rental so that we can get the car fixed. US Auto still expects the monthly payment on time or car will be shut off! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business! We have STILLL yet to be helped! We have called and called, they have hung up on us, redirected us to the automated system each time we call, say they will give us a callback and don’t! We have asked to set up a meeting as we are supposed to due to contract and they will not set up a meeting. At this point it is getting ridiculous, and is now turning to be a problem of the law.

Tre was very respectful and helpful. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He explained the process and really carried about me and my options rather then just focusing on trying to make a sell. By far a great sales rep!! Will be referring to others!!

Don’t believe the reviews, they really sell lemons and offer zero to little help fixing them after you leave the lot. Don’t answer calls but will blow you up for your car payment. Cars are sold way more then their value. So please go in here knowing your knowledge because they will try to get over on you . GARBAGE

Worst experience ever. I can not get a tag for my vehicle. They are too lazy to change the information that is needed for my tag. It’s unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The warranty company is awful as well. Go to the actual dealership not secondhands

Bought my car a month ago it rained 2 days later when I got in my car the driver side was soaking wet i ok the car back the guy gave me a dowc number instead of assisting me to get a new car I then make 3 claims on the car it took a month to find a dealership that can fix the car I hit my car back yesterday after having to leave it for a week to get it back today it rained my car is a total lost it’s a pool of water in my car it’s already started to mildew weeks ago the dealership keeps giving me a number that only plays music no ring tone no nothing but just holding the phone for hours the dealership also says it’s nothing they can do on their level and send out an email saying someone will be in touch no one AND I MEAN NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME NOT EVEN THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OK!!!! Please PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIND THEIR LAWYER SO I CAN FILE A CLAIM WOTH THEM MY CAR IS A SITTING POOL AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME

Unsure what to right it was quick to get a car however the agent kept saying check your lights before I drove off instead of telling me my engine going out and the lights have a shortage and the warrant people suppose to cover all her I had to put of pocket funds yet my engine still has not be fixed and I paid for a part that I have yet received and it’s been three weeks now and O called to fade cars because this one have to many issues yet that wasn’t an options but my agent was super nice in the entire process
