James was an outstanding individual explaining the process from start to finish with the home application process. With being a relocation out of the state of Indiana there were a number of differences with the home buying process. James patiently walked me through each step of the process. With each new question came a new hurdle that James had to overcome. His knowledge of credit reporting and the process involved was amazing to help overcome the burden of my own personal credit score. As the process neared an end, there seemed to be even more questions from myself that had to be explained maybe at least two times before it actually clicked, patiently James got me through that also.
