Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with all your banking needs and questions.

My review is for the Anderson location. Several times they have done things differently from other locations but this time I am reviewing. I have been with Upstate Federal Credit Union since the late 90's . Once their over night box was closed and they didn't even try to get my deposit in the bank. I was out of town and had little money. Another time my children wanted to put money in my account to surprise and they would not let them even though they had my account information. TODAY I deposited a stimulus check and they said there had to be a two day hold. I guess they don't trust the government. Then I called two other branches and they said that they didn't do hold them in their location. I feel the teller (many have been rude at that location) just didn't want to be wrong. She said that I had to wait because the check was $200 more than the previous one they put in. I need to stay away from Anderson branch of UFC.

🗣Aweful aweful aweful CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never been to a place of business where they don't greet customers. They will go through a whole transaction process and not say one word. Im done with them! This isn't the first time its just the last time I'm dealing with them. No customer relation exists!

Let start off by saying, I been with UFCU for a year now and at the beginning everything was good but towards my one year I’ve started to have issues with my account money wise. Firstly, A teller gave me the wrong account number and routing so my tax refund went into somebody else account. The IRS understood that it wasn’t my account and removed my money from the wrong account.

Do you know what makes a loan teller great at her/his job? Having great customer relations with each client actually getting to know them on a personal level. That's what Upstate Federal Credit Union is all about. Knowing and understanding each client's needs.

Very disappointed in this location. I tried to open a business checking. I had all of my papers dealing with my business from the state. Ask for a copy of my EIN number gave them that. They wanted me to get original copy of my EIN number. I took the same papers to another bank and opened a business checking account the same day. With no problems! I like Williamston SC branch better.

Always a great place to do buiness at. They have always treated me with kindness and effiency!!!

If I could post a review with negative stars I would, very unfriendly people, worst bank I have ever dealt with strongly suggest stay away and don’t do business with them, if there is ever a problem you always have to go in to deal with it no customer service will help you what’s so ever. Constantly having to leave my job to go deal with a. Issue with them. You put your money in there hands and then they limit you on how you use your own money that you worked hard for. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Change you policy’s and learn better customer service

I can't get into my bank account online nor the 24hr assistance line or the phone app. The asst. Line been down for months. Try to go online for balance with the same user name and password and still can't get in. Im glad for 1: this wasn't a emergency situation ( like since there is no one to talk after business hours and need a transfer and can't get one) and 2: i have to legs to walk in there tomorrow 3: try to make a payment online and can't (and know everybody trying to charge you a fee).I feel bad for elderly and handicapped ppl who bank there. This then second time in 4 years but never this bad. Im switching to some where else. Don't waste your time. Their teller's are nice, but whoever handles their technical and online support should be fired and replaced. Soooooo dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have been with ufcu since 1994, and when Bryson Copeland was the loan officer I could call him for any money I needed, back when they were small and begging for members and Mr. Copeland never , never, never turned me down. They turned me down car loan which I got thru another bank and ufcu called me and wanted to finance the car!!! Now I have a chance to buy my house I been renting for 12 years for 20,000 and ask for a personal loan of 5000, and they turned me down flat. They r not the bank you want to deal with when u really really need HELP because they will not help in any way, shape or form. If they check their records they will see that I have never been late on their loan in the past!!!!! But when you get big enough like they r now they will tell you to go somewhere else with your problem because they can. My rating for ufcr is I will never be able to forget this and if u r smarter than me go to another bank and be better off. Trust me, I am done now and remember don't bank with upstate Federal credit Union !!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!
