Gary and his team are absolutely incredible. They are hands on, professional and knowledgeable. Your questions are always answered and concerns are always addressed. I have been working with Gary for almost 10 years, referring clients, friends and family. However, this time around I had the great fortune of having him represent me in my recent home purchase. The transaction was smooth and effortless. I would love to give 10 starts, but 5 is the limit.

Simon Rosenzweig was phenomenal! We could not have do this without him. He was patient and kind, and very thorough. Answered every question and explained every detail, and we had tons. This is a review of my experience with George O and IreneG. I had the best of the best when it came to these two. George was my sales exec who walked me through the loan beginning and was there for me anytime by phone or email. Irene was my processor who I called/emailed so many times and she never missed a beat. Even when I started to get frustrated with the underwriters she never once left me hanging. I have experience in the mortgage industry. Worked for JP Morgan Chase for 10 years. I was blown away by how efficient and transparent the employees at UNMB were. Especially Michael Gannon. His knowledge of the process from credit through title was second to none. I compelted my refiance in 3 weeks! Not one hiccup. Not one missed document signed. Not one issue. Oh there was one. At the closing I was given a lower rate than I was looking for. Incredible experience.

He made his self available at all times to answer questions. He then transitioned me to Irene who was the greatest communicator I would say that I have ever expirence. She email and text. I was better at texting and my fiancé usually followed up via email. She updated me thru every step in the process she kept me involved so that eased my anxiety. She was always cleared with what was needed and gave prompt response. George and Irene is the best Duo like Shaq and Kobe and they will get you that ending results to feel like a champion.

1st time home buyer. Communication gets a -10 as compared to other lenders/brokers I’ve been working with during this process. Get more automated txt msgs saying “you’re in good hands” than actual contact from loan officer or broker. Was contacted once during process only to be interviewed. The person did not explain her role, next steps or anything so I wasn’t sure who to contact going forward. I sent several emails as I’m viewed properties and received no reply for days….in a sellers market? I asked to be connected with an realtor in my area- I was told yes but never heard anything from anyone. Had to reach out via IG to get a response to my emails. Asked for a new loan officer who still came off as Lackadaisical and uninterested; like I was bothering her. Made me feel like I should know the same things she does. Didn’t seems motivated to help me at all. I’ve been pre approved with several lenders and all have communicated 10000% better than UNMB. The lender I have chosen to move forward with answers my calls or calls back within hours, he communicates with the listing agent and has helped my agent with things as well. I can contact him on weekends and outside of 9-5 office hours which is extremely important in this market and when you’re working with sellers in DIFFERENT TIME ZONES! I wish my experience was better but I would not dare suggest any SERIOUS home buyers waste time working with this group of people. The process is stressful enough without have to pull teeth, beg and chase behind the team that’s supposed to help you get to the finish line.

Patience & professionalism at it's highest is how I describe Jean Volcy, I am not an easy person to work for, I'm very picky go through everything thoroughly text and call Jean for every little thing I think may be inaccurate. Jean would explain everything to me, he would remain patient and calm even when I was being annoying he never gets out of character. I got the best deal and lowest rate he could find, closing cost was as low as he could get, I shopped around and no one could beat Jeans rate and price. Even after the closing I still call and Text Jean to enquire about things other customers would not be concerned about, he would give me reassurance. His assistant Raquel was professional even when i wasn't.
