Horrible customer service Univista insurance agent that do not know how deal when money is withdraw out of your act . I have been a customer from univista for 3 years and now that I received a letter from windhaven letting me know that they went to bankruptcy and I m not insurance with them anymore, but they keep withdrawing the money for not reason , when I called my agent of 3 years of service located in bird road they answer is we can’t do anything and we forget to call you to let you know that windhaven went to bankruptcy, now you will have to paid doble for the insurance . This is so sad that companies like this one keeps taking advantage of hard working people that leave day by day counting there money , im going to make sure that this goes on facebook too and in every platform that exists . Since they love the advertisement in social media .
