If you like third world county customer service then this is the place for you. But if you’re like me who works hard to pay bills and need reliable service and a loyal agent then don’t waste your time with these people. The only great thing about this company are the women!!! They are gorgeous! Other than that the whole service and system is a joke.

This company deserves negative stars when it comes to customer service. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of Giselle and Jesus. They both were patient and able to help me each time I needed assistance wether it be in person or over the phone. Everyone else there is a joke and makes the process feel like a transaction. When I call and speak to someone else they either put me on hold or hang up. I understand univista is not a bad company but the employees could care less. Take notes from Apple and amazon’s customer service because that’s what make people stay.

I have the fortune that when I called Univista Ins the person who answered the phone was Monica Puldon in the 5811 West Flagler St office: I requested Monica to find and Insurance Co with about the same rating that the national well kwon Company that I have now but with a much better price, that I can replace my existing cars insurance Monica just did that very fast, extremely knowledgeable and courteous manner explain very detailed what covers I was getting that were the same of the Policy that We were replacing I will continue to use Monica services and recommend her services very highly to any one

I spoke with Anabel Moreira on the phone and she’s not professional at all, she has a bad attitude and treats clients in a bad way, this needs to be fixed or the company will lose many clients, as nobody will accept the bad attitude and tone that she expresses herself. Be careful when calling and getting this woman on the phone.

I had two polices, one with Josdalys Garcia and one with Alberto Dominguez, and it was the worst experience, the increase the prices without giving you an explanation and when you tried to contact them, they were never available. Not recommended.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The absolute rudest and worst customer service ice ever experienced in my life. And good help you if you only speak English and not Spanish because they will hang up on you 2 out of 3 calls when you ask for an English speaking rep. Horrible horrible service....
