University Of South Alabama Federal Credit Union - Mobile Alabama Hillcrest Rd, Mobile

I have been a member for about 25 years. The staff is an amazing group of ladies. I have peace knowing that my financial institution is there for me when I am in need. I have thought about switching since I live in Baldwin County but I made the decision that I don't want to be a number. I enjoy being a customer where they know my name when I walk in.

I love this bank but I hate their online banking process. If I enter my password in incorrectly just ONCE, it will not let me in at all. I need to check my account and I can't. Also if you forget your pin to your card, you have to wait till office hours to call, which by the way, they send you a new card that you have to wait two weeks for. ITS OVER COMPLICATED. Also I moved states, asked if I could still bank with them they said yes, come to find out when I called to change my address, they informed me that I have to do it in person. I live 6 hours away and work 6 days a week from 7-6. They have been the least accommodating people I have ever met. It's extremely frustrating that I can't get to MY MONEY!

Unfortunately the customer service has gone down over the past year. From putting holds on cash to not wanting to release holds on checks, I have struggled with this bank for at least a year. Very disappointed to have to go less where after being with this bank for so long.

Been a member for 4 years. The staff has always been very friendly and actively interested in my needs or concerns.

These are some sorry people. They tell you that they will work with you but they wont. I will never conduct business with these people ever again!

Having been a member for more than 20 years, I believe them to be the finest financial institution in town, and certainly the finest that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend that anyone who can become a member, make it so. I cannot overstate how many times the credit union has come to my aid in my hour of need. They are definitely the best.

Terrible customer service, very rude and unfriendly women who will stare down their nose at you and silently stab you with their eye daggers of hate and judgment. No thanks. Too many other great credit unions... see ya!

I've been a member for almost 6 years. The staff is always friendly and professional. The web system is pretty easy to use, and the mobile app is just as solid.

I love it,I have never had a bad experience with this credit union. They have actually help me out of a tight spot. Thx guys;-)
