Me and my wife have been a customer for 18 years, and saw service degrade over the time. Now it takes 3 days for a wire transfer. Imagine that. You need to transfer money urgently, so you decide to do a wire transfer only to realize UKFCU takes 3 days for the wire transfer, and your money is stuck with them. What century do they live in? The agent on phone accepted (not kidding) that other banks (like Chase) are better. I have been disappointed far too many times recently. Every time I gave a pass thinking maybe next time it will be better. Closing the bank account. Can't deal with them any longer.

I have banked with UKFCU for over 20 years and they have been great. In those 20 years, I have lived all over the country and have continued to keep my funds and accounts with them due to their great customer service. They have always been accommodating to my location and now with the mobile banking it has gotten even better. The agreements with other Credit Unions has prevented me from ever paying ATM fees when I need cash. They keep the fees low and I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a bank that cares.

I have banked with UKFCU for about 25 years. Have had nothing but positive experiences. Have found staff knowledge & helpful. Have had personal checking, home equity loan, & business accounts with them. As long as the rules agreed upon are met there are no problems. Highly recommend this bank & it's services.

Worst place to have an auto loan for, get rid of them ASAP. My wife and I refinanced our car through them and we tried to set up auto pay but it did not work aparently as we had to switch bank accounts becuase we moved to a new state. They did not reach out about the missed payment just hit our credit immediately. Then my wife hit a deer and totaled the car. The insurance covered it and paid off loan and a month and a half later they just hit our credit again when we dont even own the car anymore. We are still waiting for gap to get back with them but they are trying to punish us for a missed payment on a car we dont even own anymore. No one can fix or give me a straight answer as to what is happening. they are dragging this out and severely damaging our credit for this car months after we are responsible for the cars payment. Never will I nor anyone I know ever deal with this worthless company ever again. I recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! I would love if someone high up would like to resolve this issue and fix our credit. Until then I will continue giving them the reviews they deserve.

I have had a loan with UK FCU for one month. Went to pay my loan on the due date. Figured I could log into their website and pay with my checking account. Wrong. You can only do a bill pay from your bank to theirs. This in itself is absurd. So then I figured I could call and pay over the phone. You can don’t this however you can only pay with a card. There is a 3% fee of your total payment they add on top of your payment. Again that is absurd. I decided to do the bill pay however it is going to take 4 or 5 days for the check to arrive at their location. This will make it late by one day since they only give you a 5 day “grace period”. So far in just one short month this is the worst bank I have ever came across. If you are looking for an auto loan look elsewhere.

Worst auto loan creditor I've seen. I will never go through them again. Absolutely no help. I set up an auto pay through them ,which never went through and caused me to miss a payment and my credit to be hit. No warning mail was sent telling me about this missed payment. Then my car gets totaled, my insurance buys it out from them, and they hit my credit with another missed payment. I've even tried to remedy the problem and they refuse to correct their mistakes.

My wife was fired because the COVID-19, just me was working on home to bring the money, i didn't paid the last month's beacuase my situation, I was behind on everything, so I'll have a repocessession process to my car. I can't believe they can't understand the hard time family's are handle right now!!! Today, I bring the money and when the lady in the front desk and watch my case, she make a call because my account was lock and she just laughed when she said my name and my information to the other person in the line, like what is so funny when somebody can't make the payment? This is funny? That was disrespectful.

Very inflexible and rude. They only give you a 5 day grace period on signature loans. I didn't know this and they charged me several late fee because it took five days for my bank to get a check to them (it must be noted that every other bank I deal with only takes a day at most). Tried to reason with them but they refused to refund any of the fees. I went to the BBB and they finally relented and gave a refund. This isn't the first time I've had problems with the UKFCU and I don't feel value their members.

I usually don't write reviews in fact I don't even remember writing one ever. But this place. The call center staff is the worst I've ever seen. I just refinanced my car with this bank and the call center lady( African american) lady refused to help taking payment over the phone. And when asked to give me another solution she had no answer. Do not invest in anything related to this bank. 2 months and am already regretting it!

Applied for membership April 2018, they pulled my credit and never got in touch with me, they said they tried the primary but not me? If I was going to be joint wouldn’t you try the alt email or phone number? I finally realized they had pulled and not got in contact and never opened I called. I have played phone tag for TWO days with a manager, I requested to see if membership would still be opened, and she said My credit would be pulled AGAIN. Employee error for not keeping in contact. Highly suggest to apply for membership somewhere else.
