My name is Rosa Mari Alvarez and my account number is 7434. My experience with Mrs Karla Vasquez has been one of 10 stars. She has been assisting me since she first started working in the Credit Union. I’ve been a member since 1974 so I can really assess her services. I would like to point out that under my main account She has helped me to open several other accounts. Thank you.

If I could give half a star I would. I use to bank with them a few years ago but closed the account as I moved out of the state. I moved back and I decided to give them a chance for a car loan application. Here is my full response... 1. I had to call them three times to get anyone to look at my application. There was no push from their end, none at all, except for on gentleman I cannot remember the name of. 2. I was denied the loan, which to my surprise with a 740+ credit score and 6% credit usage, I thought I was a no brainer for a loan. However I was denied a loan because my 5.5 year credit history average..is too short. Which I know they have approved for MUCH less before. 3. When I called to speak on this, the customer service was soft spoken, stuttering, and scared to speak on this with me. This was by far a waste of time and I wished I would've read the reviews first. There are no supervisors to speak with, they simply asked if I send an email first and they will forward it. A manager was then suggested after I mentioned this process was a joke but I realized I already wasted too much time on this company. Let me be the first to say, PLEASE do not waste your time here. They will probably comment an automated response below to a phone number that doesn't direct you to anyone specifically but will kindly send you to a voicemail....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

i have been a client of UNIVERSITY CREDIT UNION for over 25 years i sent a request to have the Credit Card limit increase and they ase asking for so much documentation that is unbelievable like i am buying a house that's why this bank do not progress because they have implement so much procedures that will never allow this bank to get anywhere and they making money with my own money that's why they only have 3 branches terrible customer service and poor quality of service i have 788 Credit Score the branch looks like 1980 Century Never recommend anyone to open an account with this bank

Carlos Delgado, the manager at the Red Road branch in Coral Gables is outstanding. He has taken care of all our banking needs for years and always goes above and beyond to get everything managed perfectly. He and his team are terrific.

Samina was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her demeanor put me at ease while taking care of my transactions.
