That insurance sucks to deal with. It turns out that our card they used to do auto pay was canceled and we got in touch quickly. But they solve everything through a completed letter and it takes two days to reach them and the answer takes about three days. We were trying to resolve it to pay quickly and we couldn't. They charged a fee of $30.00. And to solve this there is only one person. Horrible. It looks like a backyard company. And on their website there is no login to look at the account or anything. They still charge a fee if charging by debit card.

They claim the mail is late and add late fees even if payment is postmarked weeks before the due date. They even add late fees even though the bank showed the check being cashed on time. Customer service is horribly rude.

Universal Lenders totally came through for me on 3 separate occasions. Helped me when I really needed it and helped me bring my family on vacation.

I strongly recommend this loan company to anyone. Looking for a solid reputable loan company.

I DO NOT recommend this company! Horrible experience and even worse company, I regret so much letting the dealer set up my warranty with this joke of a company. They charge you even for their mistakes. Way of communication is ridiculous, they don't even have a proper website to make payments. They don't even send you a receipt of made payments. I'm so unsatisfied with the whole company. Absolutely everything is an issue. They are only good at charging you extra fees on everything. Don't fall for it! They don't deserve any stars, Google should have that choice.

Horrible customer service, the women who answered the phone was aggressive and raising her voice. (Angela if you don't have patience to answer questions you should consider another option that isn't customer service) also I could hear another customer representative yelling over the phone in the same office. Also you have to pay extra 15 dollars for paying over the phone (with such a rude personnel) and they don't even give you the option to pay on-line. If you send a check and they for some reason can't receive it, they won't let you know until you have to pay extra charges or delete the account (which means you lose your coverage but still have to pay full amount to avoid going to collection). If you have an automatic payment and for some reason the check couldn't be cleared they won't try again, they simply cancel the automatic payment and you'll have to pay the amount you owe + late charges ($ 10) + returned check fee ($ 25) + phone payment charge ($ 15) because if you send a check you have no guarantee they receive it on time and you'll end up payment more late fees.

Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. IF you have an alternative financing option, I suggest you use it.
