I have been with Unitus for 7 years. Their communication, service and products have consistently surprised and impressed me. I never imagined banking could be so simple and...nice? Having just closed on my first home purchase, I especially want to express my gratitude for Todd T. and how organized, proactive and communicative he was through each step of the process. I highly recommend Todd and Unitus Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first timers!

I recently applied for multiple loans with Unitus. I could not of been happier when I found out the rates offered by Unitus were not only competitive with the other Lending agencies but beat them significantly. What was even better than the rates, was the experience created by the loan underwriter I received, Shannon Mosier. Shannon was extremely personable creating a stress free environment as she explained interest rates vs length of loan comparisons, what my options were, and all of the products that Unitus had to offer. She simplified everything as she took me through the applications. I felt no pressure to make the loans. I was very confident by the end that I was making an educated decision on the loans I would be taking. Shannon is an extraordinary representative for her company and one of the reasons I will be switching my assets from a large national bank to Unitus credit union.

We have been Unitus members since 2016 and recently got our new mortgage from Unitus. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the process and were extremely helpful guiding us to the right mortgage to meet our needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Unitus!

Hey I'm a member at Unitus and love it! I spoke with Maggie Figueras on the phone today and wanted to let you know that she went above and beyond regular customer service. I asked her about whether I should increase my credit limit on my Unitus Credit card, and she gave excellent tips on both the pros and cons that gave me pause to rethink my actions. She was very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had politely and with great info. I thought itd be a good idea to reach out to her management and let them know they've got a rockstar in loan officers and customer service! I wish each and every conversation I have in the future will be as interesting and gainful as the one i had with Maggie. She sets a high bar, and I hope shes rewarded and looked upon as such!

I've been using UCCU for as long as they have been Unitus. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and efficient. They provide full services, equity loans, cashier checks, etc. Thanks for providing a safe and low overhead savings and checking service.

I have been a member with Unitus CCU since I was 15 years old. In no way have they felt like a normal "bank" - in fact, they have felt more like a friend that I could depend on when times were tough. I have received forgiveness, savings help, personal loans and credit help over the course of 15 years and Unitus has helped me build my wealth, credit and savings. Great customer service too!!!!!

I have been with Unitus for years, and so naturally they were the first place I went to get mortgage info. I worked with Kevin Moon, and he was an absolute pleasure! Answering questions, offering help/guidance every step of the way. I’m so happy with the purchase of my new home, and so happy to have had Kevin help me through the process.

We moved away from Portland over 7 years ago but we continue to have Untius as our primary bank because of their customer service. We recently applied for a loan and were super impressed with their rates and seamless application process. Our loan processor, Oliva Craft was amazing and super responsive to all of our inquiries. We were on a time crunch to get the loan processed and she went above and beyond to get done on time.

Horrible start. Just took out a new loan on an auto. Was given a discounted rate for e-statements and auto-pay. I’m great with that. To set up e-statement and autopay you HAVE to have an account number. They never sent me one. Now I am being threatened with a penalty if I don’t set them up! I have called in 4 times. The first 3 times their representative disconnected me, the 4th I was told there is a charge to receive my account number via mail ! I have done business with 3 other credit unions and it was seamless. I tried Unitus and I currently regret it. I will be transferring this loan to one of my other credit unions. What a sad way to run a business!

Wonderful experience with Unitus. Lovely staff, especially CK Hyker and her team at the Mortgage/Plaza Branch. No complaints. A credit union will always be better than any big bank.

We have been using Unitus CU for years, personal/business banking, heloc, and auto loans. I was reminded today why we love Unitus so much, their customer service is beyond fantastic!. Arlo from the auto loan department went above and beyond and worked diligently to make a very last minute auto loan possible. When big banks or most people manning their department alone on a holiday weekend would have said sorry, it has to wait. Arlo stepped to the plate and got it done. So impressed, so grateful to Arlo and I love my bank!

Used them twice. The first time, I believe we were overbooked because all representatives were busy. Thankfully, the front receptionist promptly took care of our needs and apologized for the inconvenience. The second time, I called to get a new temporary password, and the person who answered the phone must be a third party service or something because she was dull and rude, and unable to send me a new temporary password after ten minutes of repeating the same questions without "talking to her supervisor".
