United Heritage Credit Union Waters Edge Cir, Georgetown

Have been banking with UHCU for over 10 years and this branch consistently messes up their service for me. I just spent 10 minutes in the drive thru attempting to deposit money and checks. The form box was completely empty so I called the teller and asked for a form. She did not send one back for over 10 minutes, and I had a screaming baby in the car so I left without depositing. Terrible customer service.

So glad to be a member of UHCU. I met a car buyer in Georgetown and knew that this branch would be the perfect place. Staff are friendly and it is conveniently located.

This branch really sucks.... my daughter and I waited an hour in the drive thru, three other cars waiting as well. I don’t know how on earth it’s this possible to be so slow..... Love UHCU but I’m looking to change to another bank, the wait is just insane.... I truly don’t Understand..... BOA was always super fast in Gtown and the other UHCU in round rock was pretty fast too...

I love this bank. All the employess are super sweet and really helpful. Im rating it a 4 because i really wish they had more people to help open bank accounts, close bank accounts etc.. I spent 2 hours in here with both of my children and one being my over hyperactive child. Hes very active and i spent the whole time trying to control him and hold a baby while waiting just to link a bank account that took all of 10 minutes... I have nothing but wonderful expierences here, but wish they had more help out in the front.. Maybe open a small playroom for children while their parents wait?.. Thank you united heritage for all you do❤

I'll drive the 20 extra miles to go to cedar park or elsewhere. I have never had a good, fast experience at this branch, ever. And UHCU isn't usually like that. I ♡ UHCU though! Edit: UHCU employees don't want to go to work. 2 days banks closed 1 for holiday and now for bad weather day??? Kids went to school, chills is open, and everyone else is working yet UHCU stays home and prevents their customers from putting money in their banks. Not even the common courtesy to leave ONE Austin branch open... You will be forever smaller than the big banks UHCU if you guys can't find someone to drive in a little cold weather

I don’t actually bank here, yet. I was in the area getting ready to move and only went to this location becaus it was the closest one that was on the co-op with my credit union to deposit a check I received. We walked in minutes before closing expecting it to be fast but we ran in to issues (fully on our end!). The nice young woman working in the lobby took the time to help us get detailed information and access to our account with our usual bank just to ensure we were taken care of before we left, even though it kept us (and the unfortunate, nice young lady) in the lobby more than half hour past closing. We didn’t even receive that level of care from our bank when we called them from that lobby. Once we’re settled in we’ll be moving to this credit union just because of the service she gave us today.

Wow, when I visited here to get some cash these people were great. I can't speak to how long it takes to deposit a check that you can do using the app.

Super super slow at the drive thru. Waiting 20 min with only 2 cars at the drive thru. When there is multiple cars except to wait for 45min +

United Heritage Credit Union is a great credit union. I had no complaints with them until 09/17/2013 when they changed their online security procedures. You now have to register each computer you wish to log in with. Sounds simple right, NOT. First off it will lock your account, and you must call them M-F 8-5 to get them to unlock. Then you try the process over, until it goes. Then everyday when you log in, it doesn't remember your computer and locks your account again. Guess what that entails..... you got it more calls between 8-5. If they are unable to address this issue soon I will be moving to another financial institution. As all of my bills are paid online through them and I have not been able to access them for more than a month. You know what that means.......

Called didn't even have to go in person - Mr. Greg H. was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Great experience!
