Ive been a member since 1998. They have never failed to help me through good times and bad. Through recessions, political upheavals, family emergencies, just life in general. I love my credit union.

I had fraudulent activity on my account so I called my branch location and reported it IMMEDIATELY. They told me the transactions were still pending but that they would either stop them from going through or process me a refund and that they would mail me a new card. The NEXT day- I call because no refund had been issued and the transactions were no longer pending. It was as if I had never called in the first place. The person I spoke to originally, “Brandi” , neglected to tell me that for a refund I would need to sign a form to authorize the fraudulent claim refund process. She also never sent me the document to sign!! GLAD I CALLED?! The next branch rep I spoke to was named Lani and she was INCREDIBLY rude. She literally sighed loudly and rudely over the phone when I explained my issue. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional the entire time I was speaking with her. My life has been greatly affected by COVID-19 as many others. This is a difficult time for me as I’ve lost my job and I’m just trying to make it by delivering food (which doesn’t pay a lot). I barely had enough money in my account to afford bills before the fraudulent activity. I’m not even including groceries. She acted as if my life did not matter even a little bit to her. It is the end of the month and bills are coming up shortly- the process of the refund can take up to 5 days and they neglected to start the process or give me the information to do so. DO NOT BANK HERE.

The customer service at United Heritage Credit Union is untouchable. They have given me outstanding service and some of the best rates. I've been very pleased from my first contact with them through my first 2 loans here. I will definitely turn to them when we are ready to do business again.

It’s a great credit union , very polite service . The only thing I would stick a star on how is how slow the drive thru is. It’ll take at least 30 minutes to get through . Don’t come on your lunch break or with low gas because it’ll be virtually impossible to be in and out

We are still new to United Heritage CU and is taking time to learn a new system but thus far they have been very helpful and obliging. So very friendly, especially Lucretia. Am looking forward to a long relationship with UHCU.

I love my credit union!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great loan rates and great rates on interest bearing accounts. Whether walking in or at the drive-through, I almost always enjoy my interactions here. They also have Customer Appreciation Days and special events. They're a great part of our community!

I have been a customer of this bank for many years and have always had stellar service! I have my auto loan with them and will be moving my mortgage with them with the time comes. The hours are convenient for me, the staff is amazing and extremely helpful, and the online banking and mobile deposit just work the way they should! This is the way a credit union should be ran. I got tired and fed up with another bank here in Tyler that I won't name names but it rhymes with northwide and I finally changed over and I am glad I did. Credit Unions are the way to go in my opinion, but do your own research and see what is best for you.

Just opened an account here, they are extremely pleasant and helpful. I am happy to be a customer.

I moved down here from another credit union and thought I would have a the same great experience. NO! Where do I start? Card declines when there are more than enough funds in both accounts also, to move over your own money they charge a fee of 4.00. No way for you to do a deposit at the atm, fyi some people do work during your banking hours and are unable to get to the bank. OVER IT and MOVING BANKS
