United Financial Credit Union State St, Saginaw

I have been a member of the UFCU for excess of 40 years. Never had a complaint, never had to wait, and they have very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help with any transaction required. Unfortunately I do not visit the brick and mortar building as much anymore because the mobile app is simply awsome and does it all.

Last year I became a widow. I went to UFCU to change my financial situation that had become unbearable. And I left UFCU feeling wonderful, confident and able to have a great credit union helping me with whatever financial help I needed. All so the people there are just wonderful, great advice, always ready to help.........even if you think the question is stupid.....they don't.

Everyone there is like family to me. I have been at this credit union for many years and they are always there to help me out. I appreciate them and all they do for me very much and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff at the State Street branch for all the support you have given me . God bless you all.

My experience with UFCU has been nothing but amazing! At Age 63 I was able to purchase a car and the only bank that gave me an opportunity was United Financial Credit Union. From the moment they approved and financed my car loan, everything has been awesome. I met Sam and she is a truly wonderful lady who will do whatever she can to help you improve your self financially! The big banks tend to lose sight of you, but UFCU, they are always ready to help!

I will never stop foot into this location ever again, the people that work there are so rude, treat people like Garbage, especially the women who works on the mortgage side, maybe she needs to retire, and if you want to make a payment on something they Roll their Eyes at you and act like your bothering them. Maybe you should have your staff take a class on what it looks like to be Respectful to others

My husband and I have been with United Saginaw C U, since the early 1960's. We remember the early years when an office was rented on the corner where the stoplight is, across from Gobeyn gas station. I recall we wanted to buy a car and financed it through the c.u.. We had til evening, to talk to the board, after they got out of work, only to be told there wasn't enough money, so we had to come b ack in 2 weeks, then we were approved. Ha ha, fun times and fond memories.

This has been my second time working with the loan department as it relates to my auto loan, and holiday loan. Staff are always very kind and respectful when processing my loan. They are efficient and the rate of approval is fast. With the Coronavirus, they have been able to walk me through the loan process by using electronic signatures and sending me documents. I feel that the credit union really goes out of the way to ensure their members needs are being met.

Great Banking all around. Free ATM, helpful, polite, and quick service! Easy in off State St. Pending on the time of the day is a little difficult to exit West across State St. Good rates for my kids and helpful accounts for future needs.
