This branch has terrible customer service and VERY RACIST! It’s ridiculous here I would not recommend being a customer here unless you are white.

I can't say enough good things about these ladies who work here Linda and Sylvia are excellent. They're doing everything in their power to help me get approved. I really appreciate them and all their hard work. Thank you ladies and thank you United.

I have never been inside their bank but I will NEVER trust to use their atm again. I deposited roughly $300 back in November but the atm had an error and never returned my money. I disputed this through my credit union and it has now come back in MARCH (months later) that nothing was wrong with the atm so I was never returned MY money. I was credited the money through my credit union back when I filed the dispute and it has now been taken back since this credit union said no error appeared.

Worst company I’ve ever delt with. No internal communication, customer service people are very rude and want to argue. Try another place. Once my loan is paid (Which will be soon) I will be going elsewhere. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to.

All my interactions at United Federal has been positive . Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Amazing Customer service, Very helpful. The first financial institution that i felt truly cares for the well being of their members, everyone was cordial. Ms. Debbie took great care of me and help me and was very uplifting. No complaints excited that i join best decision i made.

I think everyone of these LADIES are the Best and most friendly. I've never walked in without they all are smiling and greets you by name. I've had other banks where you were treated like just one of their patrons. I tell everyone that I know that's dissatisfied with their banks about coming over to UNFC.

Everyone I've deal with at the UFCU Griffith Indiana location from the branch manager Sylvia Torbica and to each member of her staff have provided excellent and efficient service. They are all personable, professional and very pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for local banking services in Northwest Indiana you could not do better.

So far so good, they’ve really been great thus far during this pandemic and their customer service over the phone is Awesome!

Do not use the atm if you are not a member of this "bank". It asks you if a 3.50$ charge is ok which is typical. But what it doesn't tell you is that it has a 12$ dollar fee added on after that.
